Works great. Had it for about 6 months now, and it's survived some frequent extreme weather. Resolution is as promised, and looks good from the advertised distance. Even better than I expected. I can play full videos on it, and static images in a slide show. The software is a little clunky at first, but fairly easy to learn. I wish it was just a little brighter though, as it doesn't make the same bold statement in direct sunlight, but is still viewable.

This looks very impressive right out of the box! The display is very crisp, colorful, and still bright enough to stand out during the day. You do need an app to get this going, but that's also a bonus for customizability. You're able to alter the colors, speed, and even set different messaging based on your set time. The narrow aspect ratio of the sign is limiting for all the features the app shows though, so it's a bit of a tease for what will look good on this particular model. Just plan your intended messaging based on this design, and you should still be happy with it! It's a good option for small businesses or even events and parties. I'd recommend it for anyone interested in a colorful display for a boost of visibility!

The media could not be loaded. Wow, this programmable LED sign is simply awesome! I've gotta say it's incredibly easy to use. You just need to download the app, and then you can control it effortlessly. The setup was a breeze and hardly took any time at all. It's just ideal for festivals. I got this LED sign for my store to really grab people's attention as they pass by on the street. It gives a warm welcome to everyone and clearly shows my store's business hours and phone number.

The app for this unit is horrible. Not user friendly crashes over and over again. Very disappointing. Then you have to wait forever for a refund after returning. Update now refund is delayed this company is horrible to deal with

This was my first time using an LED screen, and I had a couple of small setup issues at first. Thankfully, the customer support team was incredibly helpful—they walked me through everything and solved my problems quickly. The display itself is vibrant and sharp, but I learned that you need to view it from the right distance for the best effect (closer isn’t always better!). Once I got the hang of it, the quality blew me away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a bright, colorful screen with reliable support!

The media could not be loaded. This LED sign is good for business and home (especially a mancave). This model is 16 LEDs high by 96 LEDs wide, suitable for scrolling text and long images. It includes hardware for mounting it to a wall or hanging it (horizontally, not vertically). The app, which can be installed on a smart phone, or on a PC using the file on the provided USB thumbdrive, has a LOT of options and features. Unfortunately, many of these features are intended for LED sign models with larger display areas, so they are not compatible with this model (or at least don't display properly). The video in my review has the LED sign set to low brightness, but the highest setting is extremely bright. To turn the LED sign on, off, and change the display options, it has a its own local non-internet wifi. What I don't like is that this LED sign does not have a physical on/off switch or toggle - every time I want to turn it on or off, I need to connect my phone or PC to the LED sign's wifi. Aside from that minor complaint, it's a very good product.
