The first time I had tried this, my sister gifted me a container. I drank it a few times and then set it aside and forgot about it. One night while surfing YouTube I ran across Dr. Gundry's (excessively long) commercial, and actually watched it all the way through. I remember I had a container, so I made a commitment to follow through and try it again, and see how I liked it. I purchased the Watermelon First of all, it doesn't dissolve easily, which may be why I had set it aside to begin with. I figured out a way to alleviate that by mixing a scoop with a bit of hot water (two tablespoons?), and letting it dissolve, then adding ice and water. That absolutely did the trick. I use a two-cup mason jar with a lid and shake it up real good with the hot water (some might prefer a blender, but for me that's just another thing to wash), and then add the ice and fill the jar with the water and shake again. I drink it first thing in the morning. I love the taste, and it quenches my morning thirst. SO, I started my commitment on February 3rd, and within two weeks I knew I didn't want to be without it, or have to wait with a gap between the time I run out and delivery of more, so I ordered 3 more jars. I went to the Gundry website first, then checked Amazon and found it to be slightly less expensive, so I ordered. When writing reviews, most people want answers to basic questions like, Is it real?, Did it arrive on time?, does it work? and Does it cause bloating, or other stomach issues? Yes, it's the real deal when ordering from his Amazon site. It arrived in just a couple of days. It did not, or has not caused me any stomach issues. Does it work???? Well it had greatly diminished my appetite, and quite frankly for the first time in a long time I feel nourished by the foods I am eating. I know that sounds strange, but I have always had cravings for odd things, and I see that I am not only not craving things, I just don't want them anymore. (Except chocolate... I always crave a little chocolate). I absolutely have more energy, and not like a boost of caffeine. I can't even drink coffee because I don't like the caffeine buzz, so this is different. I just feel like doing more, getting my chores done, overall wellness and nourishment. So, maybe watching that unbelievably long commercial was worth it. I would advise Dr. Gundry to shorten that up a bit. It's way too long and probably turns people off. After my next three jars are gone I'll come back with another review when I purchase three more.

I stared out ordering 1 jar of the watermelon lemonade. I wanted to try it first cautious on the taste, and if it really worked,. I was surprised on how nice the taste was. Following month I tried the raspberry. Not real fan of the flavor but I saw the weight coming off. I’ve tried everything. This time ordered 3 jars of watermelon lemonade. I hit my weight that I have been trying to get down for 10 years. you know the weight that you would be OK with getting to. But now I see with this help I will be able to meet my maximum weight loss. This really works.

I STARTED THIS PRODUCT 6 MONTHS AGO. I KEPT TAKING EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT LOOSE WEIGHT-THOUGHT THE PROBIOTICS AND POLYPHENOLS WOULD BE HEALTHY. LATELY I HAVE BEEN QUESTIONING THIS GUNDRY MD'S PRODUCTS, BECAUSE I TRIED TWO NEWER PRODUCTS AND ONE GAVE EXTREME SIDE EFFECTS AND THE OTHER CAUSED HEAD INFLAMATION- I TOOK 1/2 THE RECOMMENDED DOSE. SO, I DECIDED TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON HIS WELLNESS PRODUCT AND ONE WOMEN SAID SHE IMMEDIATELY HAD FLUID RETENTION AND GAINED WIGHT. DEAR GOD, I THANK THAT PERSON. I AM AN RN AND HOW IT AFFECTED HER IS EXACTLY OVER TIME HOW I HAVE BEEN AFFECTED. I opened up my package right away as soon as I received it. I found this Watermelon Lemonade quite pleasant, so glad it wasn’t icky sweet, and was easy to drink down. Instead of mixing the powder up in 12 oz of water I only did maybe 5 or 6 oz of water instead. I used my mini handheld frother/blender to mix up the powder well with my cold water and drink it down quickly. As strange as it sounds I did feel a bit like it helps with feeling a bit full. Maybe the liquid expands going down? Probably a good thing. I only just wish this product wasn’t so expensive. I hope to be feeling the benefits that Dr. Gundry advertises about this powdered product as I continue to drink it daily. Going to just drink it once a day because it’s so pricey.

This works great for weight loss if you combine it with morning fasting, a low carb, nutrient dense, high protein diet and take a 1 hour walk 3 times a week or 30 minute walk daily. I was able to lose 40lbs in 6 months. I went from 209lbs to 167lbs even with my heart failure. I'm much healthier now, have more energy and fewer complications from obesity and I'm stronger. I burned fat for most of the day and didn't get hungry until late afternoon and then I ate a medium sized, satisfying meal of protein, vegetables, small amounts of complex carbs and a fruit for dessert. In the evenings I would have a protein snack like a cheese stick or some nuts with some herbal tea or lemonade sweetened with Monkfruit. If you expect to be able to keeping eating a high carb, high fat, fast food diet, don't do any activity and think this product alone will help you lose weight, then think again. It works best with a low carb, high protein, nutrient dense diet with some healthy fats and regular, moderate exercise.

Only tried 2 times, don't care for the taste at all and to me it smells like fake sugar product. Didn't feel better or anything. I will try again because it is very expensive and I can't waste what little miney I have.
