I have been on a weight loss journey for a year, eating in a calorie deficit, hitting the gym 5 days a week, etc, but have only lost about 20 pounds. My husband tried to help and suggested this powder to help me make more progress. It tasted okay, though it didn't mix well. Two days in, I couldn't urinate, though I had continued to drink 16 cups of water a day, as I had for the past year. Constipation also started at that time, despite consuming 30+ of fiber every day (also as I had for a year). I continued to take it hoping that the symptoms would pass. After a couple of days, those specific symptoms did get a bit better, but I still felt extremely puffy and bloated. My legs and feet were swollen, my rings and watch hurt to wear because my fingers and wrists were so swollen. A week into taking this powder, I had gained 10 pounds, the same amount it had taken me 6 months of diet and exercise to lose. All of that on top of being quite expensive. Would not recommend.

As with other sweetened products, this has too much sweetener. I use stevia at home and only use it sparingly because it is so strong. To the manufacturers, consider cutting back on the sweetener!

I took a chance this would be worth the price and spent about $150 on 3 containers; the only option available. I've had no change in energy levels at all, no change in appetite, no weight loss I can attribute to this product. The powder is difficult to blend with room temp or cold water, and leaves a lot of surprisingly tart clumps behind. It's not an enjoyable product, though it smells wonderful. A simple B-Complex EZ Melt tab works much better for energy, and I've returned to apple cider vinegar caps for appetite control and have started losing weight again (the oil may be the issue with this product). I still have 2 containers left and no reason to keep using the product. Lesson learned, again. If it's overpriced and sounds too good to be true, it's a waste of money. Edited to add, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund, which I gratefully accepted. For this reason, I'm bumping the item up 2 stars.

This stuff is amazing. I’ve only been using it for 5 days but my energy level is fantastic. I wasn’t sure- the dr gundry video seemed kinda over hyped but I decided to try it anyway. I’m 70 and I take good care of myself: clean food, gym workouts, meditation but I run out of steam after lunch often. Have to force myself to go to the gym. Not any more. Starting the second day, I have had a steady stream of energy throughout the day. Sleeping fine at night. I drink the “potion” with my lunch. It is kinda lumpy, and imo, too sweet but I figured out a delicious way to make it and now I enjoy. I put a scoop in a quart mason jar, pour about 6 oz of boiling water on it, use my frother to dissolve it, add ice til cool and then add a can of sparkling water. It delish. I’m going to subscribe and get it monthly. To me, it’s worth the price. Try it!
