This product is NOT what I expected. It is a process to get a scoop of the powder into a bottle of water. I had to take a demitasse spoon and little by little put a small amount from the provided scoop onto the demitasse spoon and add it to the water. The powder just sits on top. I had to stop, replace the water cap, and shake the bottle vigorously for the power to mix with the water. BUT it didn’t fully dissolve. There were clumps throughout the water. I repeated this process until I had added the entire scoop into my water. I shook and shook the water yet clumps still remained. Finally I took a taste and it was awful!! Over the next several days I tried different methods of adding the MCT Wellness into my water. I finally tried adding it to a bottle of room temperature Lipton Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry. The clumps still wouldn’t dissolve so I put the bottle in the refrigerator. Later that day I removed the bottle from the refrigerator and noticed the clumps had dissolved. It didn’t taste bad mixed with the Mixed Berry Green Tea but it was so much work to get it to this point. I’ve decided to keep the product and continue to mix it with a bottle of room temperature Green Tea in the morning, refrigerate it, and drink it later in the day. So unless you lots of time to devote to this product I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I took a chance this would be worth the price and spent about $150 on 3 containers; the only option available. I've had no change in energy levels at all, no change in appetite, no weight loss I can attribute to this product. The powder is difficult to blend with room temp or cold water, and leaves a lot of surprisingly tart clumps behind. It's not an enjoyable product, though it smells wonderful. A simple B-Complex EZ Melt tab works much better for energy, and I've returned to apple cider vinegar caps for appetite control and have started losing weight again (the oil may be the issue with this product). I still have 2 containers left and no reason to keep using the product. Lesson learned, again. If it's overpriced and sounds too good to be true, it's a waste of money. Edited to add, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund, which I gratefully accepted. For this reason, I'm bumping the item up 2 stars.

UPDATED: 09/26/25 After using for a few more weeks found the trick was to make with hot water. Then drink after it cooled a bit. After taste is gone because it blended and not gritty. 4 stars now. raspberry flavor. Not a fan of this flavor, but that's just me. I know its supposed to be good for me so keeping it and using it (,previously reported 2 stars-Has after taste. Took me awhile to figure how to tolerate taste. Water and frother / blender: still left grit. Taste not good. Tried with apple juice. Better taste but still grit & keep stirring. Finally did in hot water and all blended. Waited to cool and drank. Hoping to see benefits. not crazy about after taste.)

I can see a difference in my husband when he takes this regularly. Believe it or not, his grey hair grows in brown. No, I'm not joking. It makes his hair grow in brown. He feels better. He has more vitality. The guy is 82 and that stuff makes a difference. Buy it. This stuff works.

I have been using this for over 2 months and have lost 12plus pounds BUT I have been following Dr. Gundry's program as outlined in his book The Plant Paradox. I don't think it would work just by adding this powder to your routine. Having changed the foods I was eating, adding this powder twice per day and adding in some exercise I am feeling better than I have in many years. I also using his Bio Complete 3 supplement. His program WORKS!
