My last Guess coat is being replaced also due to a broken zipper so maybe this is something they need to look into making better. Beautiful! Ordered Wednesday night and It came Friday afternoon. It came in a big box wrapped in plastic. I love it. I'm 5'3 and 139. I got a large. Heavier then I thought but I'm Happy with it.
