Use two people to put this thing together, unless you are really strong and have four arms. Good quality bike, my son loves it and we live in the Idaho desert with no issues. Be warned it does got hot, and goes through batteries if you're twelve and can't seem to get you hand off the throttle.

Electric motor failed within 4 miles of riding!!!!!! Bought this for a birthday present for my 12-year-old who was turning 13. There is no phone number to riding times so all customer service goes through email and they take 48 hours to respond back. They are giving me an extremely hard time trying to return this. I’m still actively trying to get my money back. Amazon, who is the middleman in this situation is not helping either. Don’t waste your money on this product. Update, as of 6/5/26 I have not received my money back from Amazon. I have paid $600 to ship the bike back to California 4 weeks ago and the seller has confirmed they received it.
