So after about a year of owning this bike I'm giving it 4 stars and here is why Pros: 1. Large Comfortable seat 2. The motorcycle/moped style will have plenty of people asking what Is it 3. Going just about 30 mph gets you where you need to go 4. The headlight and turn signals are great 5. It have front rear dual piston disk brakes has save my butt way to many times to count from bad drivers on the road Now the cons: 1. Battery life is very short on *on Throttle only can save battery by peddling every once and awhile but with how the bike is its not the most comfortable thing to do 2. The tires it comes with are thin and I mean this so upgrade to better tires asap 3. I've only Broken one part so far on the bike and it's the spokes on the hub motor because they are thin. Plus: coswheel dose sell parts from there website and summit prestige also ships there parts as well. Negative: it takes awhile to ship from both because websites 4. Upgrade the rear shock asap the stock one is okish but will bottom out on you if you are a heavier person With all that being said after putting almost 1000 miles on the bike I recommend it if you need good commuter bike that looks cool and rides well and has good mid range speed and stability then definitely give it a ride

This is a great Ebike that provides an almost motorcycle like experience when riding. It has pedal assistance and great stability. The motor can be set from 1-5 pass mode coupled with a 7 speed shifter and oil filled brakes that stop quickly. It was fairly easy to assemble but it's best to have two people as it makes the job much much easier than trying to do it on your own. The headlight is bright and it's working taillight and directional signals are a nice added feature! The power is good, especially on hills too. The value you get is well worth the money in my opinion. Go for it! You won't be disappointed!

This E-bike is better both in riding quality and flat out coolness than E-bikes that cost double the price. I've road It's got all the power needed to get you from point A to B quickly. The headlight is awesome for riding at night as it features both high beam and a liw beam setting. Blinkers are very sleak and easy to operate. This bike is just awesome.

Love this e-bike! Can get it up to 32mph but I also only weigh 120 and I’m 5’6. Bike is very sturdy and fast and easy to assemble. However the quick release is not good at all. I’ll prob have to replace. Bike is heavy so if you live on the 2nd floor it’s easier to use walk assist and push bike up. Can’t wait o leave a review after I’ve put a few miles on it! Update: Also may want to get better tires. They barely have grip to them. Very thick but slide very easily on pavement. Other than that bike has been great.

The kid love the style and ride. He dropped and key ignition was broken. I contacted the Coswheel and they sent me the replacement part right a way with DHL. Wonderful to have a good customer service. Thank you

Both manufacture and Amazon customer service is TERRIBLE! If you ever get a person you will get the run around. It is going on a full month now of me trying to get a replacement part for my 7 month old bike. It is under the 1 year manufacture warranty PLUS i purchased 2 additional years. At this point I am not sure why. My money is wasted and this bike is useless. The plastic battery connector receptacle broke while riding it on a sidewalk. No off-roading or any unusual riding. Ok, poor design but thought let's just get this replaced. No biggie. Well I reached out to COSWHEEL. Told I needed to go to the Amazon direct seller for a solution. I have been getting the runaround since early December and still no part! They finally sent me a picture of the part they would ship me. It has now been 14 days and no word on shipment. I am unsure what to do at this point but not holding up to warranty is fraud.

I've been riding this bike for a few months now and can say it's a great bike with all it's features. The only thing is that the kickstand is terrible and the bike tipped over a few tines and got banged up because of it. I now have to replace the seat cover because it was badly damaged from the kickstand not holding up the bike properly. Granted the kickstand is adjustable and I adjusted it but it still fell. So replace the kickstand and get another battery for longer distances, buy overall it's a great bike and I've received a lot of compliments when. Riding through nyc.
