I was in the market for a new bed frame since I was moving. I wanted it to be a platform with a backboard and the ability to accommodate 2 adults. I also wanted it to be a specific color. The height of the backboard perfectly fit a 10-12in foam mattress. I haven't tried picking it up but it seems to be a good weight. The material for the backboard is softer, and higher quality than I initially thought. You'd think for 145$ you would get your money's worth. I definitely did! The frame is sturdy, my father said it was easy to put together. There weren't any missing parts like other people seemed to have. In fact, the company sent an email out a few days after I got the bed frame. The email was about tips on putting it together, and who to contact if you need more parts. I've never had a company do that, so you can tell they care about what you receive. This has far exceeded my expectations. I got into an auto accident a few days ago, so I've been spending a fair bit of time in my new bed. Nothing creeks or shakes, and the mattress stays in place. Taking away one star because I purchased a standard boxspring and the bed frame is like half an inch smaller than the width of my boxspring so my boxspring doesnt quite fit onto the brace board of the frame like I expected. The media could not be loaded. Bad design on the supporting bottom legs. Plastic with a screw to be attached to the metallic structure. One of the sides screw its not attaching well and its loose giving a bad stability. For the rest its looks good. Its unfortunate to have this problem. I have looked through 100s of beds for my toddlers room. I even bought a frame and had to send it back because it was made improperly. This made up for it! I love the color, it was easy to put together, THE SCREWS WERE ACTUALLY PUT IN 🙏🏻🙌🏻 when attaching the side boards. It doesn’t stink, it’s clean, the wood pieces were not fraying at all, and it’s not too high for my 20 month old to get on and off. It’s sturdy too. Definitely worth the money. I do have a 5 inch mattress too, there’s a little gap between the bed and the headboard but it’s nothing a pillow can’t fix! I’m so happy with it. ... show more
