GROZ 44081 Industrial Rotary Fuel Pump. Includes steel discharge spout, 8-inch discharge hose, nozzle, and nozzle hangar. Ideal for tough outdoor use in extreme weather conditions. Great for quickly refueling gasoline-powered vehicles or equipment. Delivers media with a head/lift of up to 20’. Made of solid cast iron. Fully CNC machined to close tolerances. The pump handle rotates a high-quality sintered powder metal. With a 3-vane rotor inside a highly finished pumping chamber. Graphite vanes are self-lubricating and non- wearing. The high-quality graphite seal allows the pump to process a wide variety of fluids. including diesel with up to 15 percent ethanol blend. Self- priming operation with discharge up to 38 LPM (10 GPM). Complete with a 2-inch bung and telescopic suction tube with a strainer. For use with 15 gallons, (50 liters) – 55 gallons (205 liters) barrels, totes, drums, and tanks. Ideal for use with Class I and Class II flammable and combustible liquids. Ideal for use with gasoline, naphtha, alcohol, and other solvents. Not ideal for use with water-based media.

I really like this fuel pump because it doesn't require any battery power, just good 'ole manual power. It was reasonably priced and it works very well to pump gasoline from my large tank. I was concerned whether it would work for this tank, as this pump, as purchased, is made to work with up to a 55-gallon drum. The pick up tube telescopes, but it still didn't go deep enough for my tank. To make it work with my deeper tank, I un-threaded the pick-up tube from the bottom of the pump body and added a galvanized coupling and pipe nipple to extend it. I had difficulty pushing the nipple through the collar, so I used a rotary grinding bit to slightly enlarge the hole in the collar. I then sealed the collar with a fuel resistant caulk. ... show more

This thing can move some liquid! I can fill my generator up in seconds, lawn mower in a minute or two. Only recommendation is use teflon tape on all the fittings. Some will leak if not.

    • less than 3 months and it won't prime properly and just dribbles frothy fuel
After less than 3 months use and about 200 gallons of diesel through it the pump won't move diesel. Not sure what went wrong with it. It sat unused for about 4 weeks and now it will just spit a bit of frothy diesel. When it was newly installed I could fill my skid steer tank in about 170 rotations. About 1 gallon per 10 turns. Now every 10 turns may get me an ounce of fuel. I am pretty sure it is sucking air in from the seal around the handle. ... show more

    • Pump looks good but it is falsely advertised
The pump is advertised as safe for gasoline but it's not. It turns out there are three models: RBP/3V, RBP/3V/H, and RBP/3V/H/F. Only the RBP/3V/H/F has the parts that make it safe to use with flammable liquids, like gasoline. I received the RBP/3V/H model. I hope the seller will take action to correct the situation. So far I haven't figured out how to contact them. ... show more

It said it pumps fast. This is a very Slow pump. I have never own one as slow as this one. I will be returning it!!!

It pumps fine. Just it leaks even with using Teflon tape.
