Ordered 1 and 1 of the 4 lights were not working. I emailed them, they got back to me in under an hour. Within a couple days a replacement arrived and it works great. They have great customer care and were very responsive. Would buy from this company again!!! I liked the product. It did what it said. Then poof, after about 45 days, it simply stopped working. I had bought two. The other one is fine, working properly. I emailed support at Shineyou. The email failed due to rejection by the server. Amazon has a no refund after 30 days on this product, and I’m unable to navigate the web of “help” to get to their guarantee because the necessary windows do not open ….. After posting this negative review, I was issued a full refund. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Revised my one-star rating to a four-star. Sorry it had to be “the hard way.” ... show more

All my seeds sprouted, but if you're not careful, they'll end up very leggy. Keep the lights right on top of the plants or they'll constantly stretch to reach the light and become weak and spindly. As soon as you can get the seedlings outside to get strong in the wind/sun/rain, do it. If the seedlings become too weak and leggy, look up videos on how to carefully tuck the long stems under the soil to strengthen them. 🫒 ... show more

I was gifted one set from the same brand for Christmas and had to order a second to get it to cover all my plants! I don’t care that people say the colored lights don’t do anything because these definitely have been making my plants happy and helped them get through the short winter days! The timer is nice! They have multiple functions so you can program them to come on/off, switch from white light to the purple which supposedly helps growth. I really like the clip though. I have limited space and had to raise my plants to where the little one couldn’t get to them. So now I have them clipped on curtain rod. I have a few, I’ll probably buy another few when I get a few more ceiling hooks in for more plants. Definitely recommend!! These lights make it easy to have a green thumb. ... show more

I ordered two of these in November 2023, and loved everything about them. Both were easy to setup, the timers work great, and my plants have been loving the extra light. However today (April 2024), one of the lights seemed dim, so I clicked the button to adjust the brightness, and the lights went out. Plugged into two other outlets and another USB wall box to see, but nothing is working. It's such a bummer because the lifespan was under 6 months and I cannot justify having to buy new plant lights every 6 months... ... show more
