We bought the GROWIT Folding Camping Saw to tackle the nasty spikes and thicker branches on our lemon tree, and it worked really well for the job. The SK5 blade is sharp and cuts cleanly, and the triple cut teeth make it powerful enough to get through tougher areas without much struggle. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable to hold, and the locking mechanism makes it feel safe while in use. I like how compact it becomes when folded, since it is easy to store and carry. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that it feels a little stiff when folding it back down, but overall it is a strong and reliable saw that handled our lemon tree better than expected.

This works surprisingly well on small to medium size trunks. My 10 year old loves this for trimming branches or cutting down small trees in our yard. Very portable and easy to use. Very sharp, but safe enough that I feel better than an axe. When we go camping it fits in his backpack easily. He loves it.

Super sharp blade, locking handle (both closed, mid, and fully open). It's BIG, more than a foot long when closed, but relatively narrow. It'll easily fit into a backpack or bug out bag and feels very solid. The handle uses grippy injection molded rubber and plastic and gives you a solid grip. Not to mention it's priced right and shipped quickly. Thanks!

Size is decent. Cuts well, with little effort, removing a sufficient amount of material per stroke. I have the onset of carpal tunnel in my dominant hand and I was able to use it effectively without issue. Why the three stars? It doesn't actually lock closed, allowing the blade to back out of the handle a bit, allowing a gap between the blade and the handle it tucks into. The gap is easily large enough to get a finger or two into. No belt clip or sheath either. I intended to use this on camping outings but I am second guessing that idea. Could potentially cause harm or damage items it is packed with.
