Very disappointed. I thought I was getting a set of exercise DVDs. There is only one. Does contain some good exercises, but extremely over priced for what you get. Paid $40 for one DVD.

The exercises are very good and easy to follow. I like the program however I don’t think it’s clearly indicated this is just the first workout in the series and all of the workouts in each series.

I haven't completed the entire program as of yet. It's a pretty good workout for those with minimal mobility. I did enjoy the relaxation segments after each program. I like working with the weights and balance is my biggest problem.

We ordered this product for my mom for Christmas. The workouts on it seem pretty good, especially for those getting older and having less mobility. We paid about $30 for this item. The pictures and title (a "Starter Pack" ) made it seem like the exercise bands pictured would be included in the package. They are not. For one workout DVD, with no exercise bands included, this is overpriced. I don't know if they have a different product here on Amazon that does include the exercise bands and they are just using the same pictures for both, but it's rather misleading. Especially since the title indicates that it has everything you need to start. ... show more

    • Don't stick to their word.
When I received mine it was cracked, they said they would replace it 2 different times and they never did. Not a very trust worthy. company . Don't recommend it. Carol
