We only have a small collection of house plants in our apartment and these lights are perfect for us. The brightness levels on these lights are amazing. I change the brightness levels based on the conditions outside. The lights themselves emit a nice, bright light that is perfect for promoting plant growth. Installation was straightforward, I used the zip ties that were provided to tie them to the plants stand and to adjust the position the lights at the right angle. I wish these lights are automatic or can turn on with an outside switch so that I can set up a timer using smart plugs. The 23W is perfect for low energy use. These lights come with zip ties or double sided tape to stick wherever you would like. I used the zip ties to a small rack and it’s perfect. This has an option to switch to both lights, one or the other. Also dimmable to whatever you prefer. Haven’t used the timer option, but it has that as well. *Bought the rack separately *

...which I use as a nursery for alocasia corms and plants that need some TLC. Affixed it with the provided double-sided tape (the light panel is super lightweight, super thin so it takes up zero interior space) and ran the wire down under the lip where the body of the greenhouse sits on the tray. No pinching. I also have a heating mat underneath the tray so now it's toasty, humid and bright, perfect for my needs. So far, the timer works fine but I haven't had it long enough to judge reliability.

Honestly, I'm not quite sure how I feel about these lights. To their credit, they are very lightweight and bright. They are powered by a single power connection with an inline light control. Suffice to say, they are easy to use. Where I struggle with these lights is with that inline control and with the mounting options. First, the inline control is completely manual and if power is cut to the lights, you must manually turn them back on. This means there is really no option for setting-up these lights on a timer as once the time cuts power, they won't come back on unless you press the power button. So, completely manual. Bleh. Next, while these lights are very thin and lightweight, they do not have a frame and offer no permanent mounting option. You must either zip tie or tape them to some sort of support above your plants. No doubt there are growing trays that offer a support to mount to, but I feel this limits your installation options. As mentioned, the lights are quite bright and they seem to be rather durable. I accidently left them on my gardening bench during an unexpected rain storm and they still lit-up like a champion. I feel like I will get a season or two of good use out of them, but they will get replaced once I find a more permanent option.

These lights have multiple settings to adjust brightness and a timer. I was worried they may not produce enough light for all my plants, but they absolutely do. Despite being really bright, the my don't get very hot. The ballast is light enough to mount to my shelves with just a tiny piece of Velcro. Thinking of buying another set for my plants at work!

I have the one with four panels and I accidentally bumped one pretty hard and it quit so I just ordered the single panel to replaced it. Turns out it was just one contact on the plug part that had broken off the board. One drop of solder and it was fixed and now I have a back up.

Light came in good packaging and has all the necessary pieces including 2 lighting panels, double sided tape and zip ties for 2 mounting options, cable, and instructions. Took 2 minutes to set up and the lights are super bright but adjustable.
