Two of my plants are in low light areas, where it is difficult to provide artificial lighting. This grow lamp is just right to provide adequate light to both plants. I love that this light has two lamps with gooseneck attachments. This allows me to shine light on the plants, even though both are at the junction of the kitchen and dining room. I was concerned that the stand might be unstable, but I did not find this to be the case. In fact, this unit is surprisingly sturdy. I also found it easy to adjust the height of the stand. The light has various options. Unlike other lights I have used in the past, it has several brightness levels. In addition, the light has a timer. I wasn’t sure how to set it at first. However, I quickly learned that when I turned it on, the timer first showed a red light for 4 hours, next green for 8 hours, followed by blue for 12 hours and finally orange for 18 hours. I will probably use the green and blue (8 and 12 hours) settings the most. This is a very useful and usable grow light.     • Very sturdy base, suitable for both floor lighting or shelf lighting of plants. Love the timers!
This grow light is very adjustable, and the supports for the bottom mean that you don't have to worry about it falling over. I have mine on a wire shelf, so I used velcro to hold the supports to the wires and it works great and is very sturdy. I am able to set the desired brightness depending on what plants are on the shelf , and the two arms mean that I can point the light in multiple directions, which is great. I've synchronized all the grow lights in my home so they come on at around the same time, and turn off at around the same time, so the fact that I can schedule them to turn on and off at certain times of the day is really important for me! I would certainly recommend these to others, whether they needed a floor light or a shelf light. ... show more

This grow light is very bright and adjusts in several ways to meet your needs--height, base legs, and brightness. It has a timer so you can set it to run for different intervals of time. I like that the plug is USB so I can use it with a power bank in places that I don't have any outlets. If you want to do that, you'll probably need a power bank that's at least 10,000 mAh to get the light to stay on for any significant amount of time. Great lights that run on a USB cable. These aren't super high powered but provide a good amount of light under 15 watts. The base is telescoping and can be raised to a height close to 2 ft. Also the feet can be adjusted incase you're trying to squeeze it into a narrow location. Nice if you're using it for multiple projects its easy to setup. Comes with a timer as well you just turn it on and set the time interval then you're good to go. ... show more

Most of the grow lights I've gotten for my plants only have a 4-8-12 hour timer, so this having 18 hours is a huge plus. Very easy to put together, literally just screw the lights to the extension pole, and the pole to the base. Incredibly easy and intuitive to use.

The brightness is adjustable and the timer does start to pick up on your schedule. Mine is now turning on daily at 9-something and staying on for 8 hours. My plants haven’t seemed to have any complaints thus far, no wilting or brown spots in the last 2 weeks or so. Very lightweight and sleek design and easy to use! My partner and I are avid plant lovers. We love to find small plants, nurture them and help them grow so that we can propagate them and create more for around our own house, and to give us gifts. I have been growing plants for over 15 years, and I have never had such success as I have had since adding the road lights into our daily routines. The timers allow it to be set and forget, and the adjustment of brightness can exacerbate or limit certain reactions from the plants. You absolutely cannot go wrong with any grow lights for your plant babies! They produce very little heat and because they are running on LED lights also produce minimal electricity usage.
