I love that it is adjustable in height. I did get it for that reason. For my set-up, I do require lights that run parallel instead of "V" configuration or a straight line. The timer is standard and easy to set up like others. There are 2 light strengths at 50% and 100%. What you get is as described.

I used this 6000K full‑spectrum grow light on indoor succulents, seed starts, and small potted herbs. The foldable light strip and height‑adjustable stand (9–25 inches) make it easy to position over different plant sizes. The red, blue, and white LEDs create a bright, natural‑looking full spectrum without the harsh purple cast some grow lights produce. The light output is strong and even. My succulents showed improved color and healthy new growth, and seed starts germinated well under it. The auto‑timer with 4/8/12‑hour settings is convenient — once set, it turns on and off consistently without daily adjustment. The stand is stable on shelves and windowsills, and the compact footprint works well in small spaces. This GHodec Grow Light for Indoor Plant, 6000K Full Spectrum Plant Lamp with Red Blue White LED has some good and bad points. It is not the level of quality that I’d hoped for. It seems somewhat sturdy, durable, and functional. This is somewhat easy to use, and easy to assemble. But in person it looks rather cheap, rather than attractive. The lights are not actually 6000k, and to me this is a big issue. They are colored lights, mixed together. There is not enough control in how the color temperature works and the light presents itself, so no option actually looks really anything like sunlight. It looks more like spaceship lights. That is not anywhere near as effective as natural looking light, that correctly mimics the sun. There is a huge difference when I look at this, versus through my window. Moreover, I cannot set it to continuous if desired, nor make it as bright as I would like for tropical plants that need very strong sun. That makes this product less versatile. I would shop around first, as this was expensive for what it was, as grow lights are easy to find, and plenty of options are far cheaper than this, that have the same low quality lighting.
