This is the second Groove Life belt that I have purchased. The first one I got was when they were doing a Father's Day special and I picked up one from their website. It is advertised as being the last belt that you will ever own and that is not just a marketing ploy but I believe it to be a true statement. It is an extremely tough belt with a very simple magnetic locking system. It is very easy to customize the length. I was much heavier and bigger around when I purchased my first belt. After losing over 90 lb I had to take in the belt quite a bit and it was very easy to cut the length, and make it the length that is needed. Groove life also gives you the option to put your initials on the belt and they have so many color options that you are able to find the perfect match for your style. I own a black one and a brown one because I am boring, haha, but these are the only two belts that I wear now with everything. I have thrown every other leather belt away. If I ever need another belt, which at this point I don't think I ever will, I will be getting a Groove Life belt. Excellent purchase and I highly recommend.

I literally can't think of a thing that I don't like about it. I have used the "Lever" Belts, also known as ratcheting belts for ~5 years and have loved them. I had a co-worker introduce me to the Groove belt at work one day - literally took his belt off and let me try it because the lever on my belt broke when I went to the loosen my belt to use the bathroom. I wasn't immediately in love with it but, fast forward over a year and I finally cave and decide to get one... I have only worn another belt once since getting this one and it was just because it was a more formal event and I was wearing brown and wanted my belt to match my shoes just for aesthetics / style / appearance. This belt can definitely pass in a formal setting though, I wear it every day to work - including business meetings, I wear it out on weekends, hiking, etc. I got sick when I first got the belt and lost enough weight to go down a few sizes in my pants, the Groove was SUPER easy to adjust, I didn't have to unscrew anything or etc. was just as simple as a adjusting a dog collar, sling, or anything else with that style of strap.

This is probably my favorite belt by a long shot. I have been wearing this belt for close to 3 years now and It looks fine still. I love the stretch in the belt. It makes it comfortable to wear while out and about. Standing to sitting to bending over, the belt still feels comfortable. One thing I love is the easy buckle. You can undo it with one hand. Sometimes if I'm on a really long drive, I like to unbuckle it to get comfortable. Then it's easy to snap back together when you're getting out of your vehicle. I have used this belt with an outside waistband holster. I do have to tighten up the belt a bit, but it works. It definitely isn't a full on battle belt, but it will work if you wear it tight.

The last time I purchased a belt was over 15 years ago, so I went out and bought a new brand of belt (Grip6) that caught my attention. I had to watch a video to learn the correct way to take it on and off. But adjusting it was frustrating. Every time I took my pants off required more effort that I cared for. When putting my pants back on, the tension was never the same; it depends on how much pressure you use when putting the belt back on.at that moment. Also too much time had passed to return this $40 belt. The belt worked, but the mechanism was just too cumbersome for my tastes. Enter the Groove Life belt with its fantastic magnet for opening and closing the belt, which itself stretches ever so slightly when needed, such as after a big meal. The belt is absolutely fantastic. I rarely recommend products unless I am 100% confident my opinion won’t be trashed. Once the Groove Life belt is adjusted and unless someone has gained five or 10 pounds recently there’s no need to ever adjust the belt again. I challenge anyone to go out and get yourself a Groove Life belt and try to prove me wrong!

I like my belts stiff. Came from a riggers belt that had a seatbelt like buckle. Loved it but would have to undo half the buckle itself when taking off. This belt has some stiffness to it, but not enough for my liking. Not knocking the belt itself, more of a preference. The belt has as a slight hook to secure it along with a strong enough magnet. Have never had the belt accidentally come off. The material has some slight give along with adjustment on the length to customize the fit, it's become my go to daily belt. Will set off metal alarms. Will use my riggers belt for other things needing a stiffer belt. Love the convenience of this belt though. Worth the price.

I wasn’t sure about the belt at all. Not to say the quality, work, and durability advertised were not held up, but some things don’t fit everyone. Well, it took a couple of days and it worked out well enough I didn’t even know it was there. No odd flexing like my leather belt of 20 years and no buckle going in my stomach ever. Looks great and I’m sure it will for a very long time considering the material. Light weight, which is probably how it is so forgettable on my waist. Last but not least I never have to adjust it which is amazing. It truly has changed the way I see a belt. NO MORE HOLES!

I agree, it's a cool belt. The stiff tech webbing in the belt is definitrly not as stiff as most cheaper belts which makes it comfortable to wear all day long. The magentic clasp is what makes this belt cool. The but in my subject comes the fact that its a one way belt. What i mean is If you want the GL logo to appear right side up you must thread the belt going left. My whole life i have gone right with a belt thru the pant loops. So this took a little adjustment. The other but I have is the belt latch you are putting thru those pant loops is big. Not huge or impossible or anything. Just big enough to slow me down threading it through my Levi XX Chinos. Sure it makes it through but it such a perfect fit that i have to fuss with it to push it on through. Yes i wear it everyday. Wish it didnt have a logo so i could go either direction when putting it on. Will i buy it again, probably now that i am retrained.
