I recently submitted a review blasting buildcom for sending me a counterfeit filter. I returned it, and ordered 2 more: one direct from Grohe and one from the company that sold me the system. Both arrived, one yesterday and one today: both are exactly like the one I shipped back to buildcom. Be aware the filter size is now different, the label color is different, the packaging is different, the cap on the filter is different; in short, everything is different about the filters and packaging from a few months ago and the filters Grohe is shipping now. That kinda information would have been nice, but was not specified anywhere. The picture and description are now obsolete. We really like our setup, moved to a 15 foot tank and have to recharge it far less frequently. Grohe could do a few things better on the documentation and support side, but the thing itself is great. ... show more

This time I was little late to change the filter. In the old one it was restricted flow because dirt accumulation. Now with new filter, I noticed the difference in water flow and taste too. It works great.
