The product was fine except for the piece that was out of the original kit and NOT THE EXTENSION KIT! If there was ZERO STARS,,, I would give him that!

This is a genuine OEM part and it worked fine so I have to rate it well. The one star off is a reflection on Grohe charging an exorbitant amount for a few pieces of plastic. Absolutely ridiculous.

Title says it all. I had to have this product but didn’t know it until we went to install the trim. We followed the depth guidelines on the rough in box. They should have marked what depth the regular kit works with. Too expensive for what it is….

    • Works great but a little tricky
Helps to have 2 people, and good light to install as the blue guides wobble as you are trying to lower the toilet over them. Otherwise, they seem like nice units, and it is nice to be able to align the toilet in situ without disturbing the wax ring section.

    • Great kit BUT at an extortion cost!!
So, I spent +-$1000 on the state of the art Grohe shower system and despite my plumber and tiler doing good work, we just ended up short of space and needed this kit. You'd think Grohe would offer this kit at a reasonable price to support their valuable clients, but I feel like they knew we were screwed and took advantage of us by charging $110 for 4 screws and a couple of plastic extenders. Really??? $110??? That's the thanks we get? ... show more
