Had it for just over a month I plugged it in and the resin started coming out. Of the the cartridges broke and customer service is no help all the money I spent for the dic-20 is a waste. Not buying again and they lost a customer.

The system works great for rinsing my RV! We have a large RV and with this system i don't have to worry about water spots on the finish. We live in the country and have well water for our water supply. Mineral spots have always been a problem for washing cars and our RV.
