The media could not be loaded. The chair’s look great and are very sturdy. However, if you sit in them for a long period of time (ie. Working on the computer from home for the day) they are not very comfortable. If it’s just at the kitchen bar for dinner or a snack there fine. Also when I received the package all the little stickers telling you which pieces were which and which direction they should go had all fallen off so I just had to figure it out. The first one went together great the second one I thought they put the holes in the wrong place until I figured out it was just the front legs were on opposite sides making the place where you rest your feet too high and the side pieces at an angle. ... show more

    • Do not buy if you aren’t great at assembling furniture

The chairs are very nice. However, I had to spend an additional $100 to hire Task Rabbit to assemble them. I’m definitely not a pro at assembly, but I’m able to assemble most things. Even the guy that put it together said, “this is confusing.” So far, I absolutely love them, but I would warn anyone that isn’t a pro assembler to not buy these. ... show more

During assembly I reversed the front legs and it wouldn’t come together. I messaged the seller and got very fast answers. They saw my error in the photo I sent, and told me how to fix it. I was very pleased. Very good service.

The chairs weren’t to hard to assemble, however, once I assembled all four chairs they where shaky “ one leg was slightly shorter than the other” I contacted the seller and they are going to help with the issue. I ordered two full orders, and out of the four chairs one was not milled correctly on the legs. I have contacted the supplier about replacing one chair only, instead of shipping it back. If they honor this request I will report back. Update: The seller messaged through Amazon they would help with the legs if I sent them pictures. Unfortunately I didnt see the message until way after I had sent the box back. $50 to ship it back. I think the defect was really just a mislabel of the legs, left vs right. ... show more
