Bad product

Could not even pass step 1 on the the assembly the lower piece that interlock to each is not made and does not interlock to get to the next step. After not being able to complete step one, given tried for over 30 min. Hence easy installation labeled in the box, we packaged the item back in the bag and now we are going to return for a refund. Buyer beware.
