Finally, finally, finally--I can manage the weed control of my gravel driveway! What a wonderful tool that I have added to my collection of Greenworks equipment. No pumping--yes!!! The 80-volt battery is long lasting and the 4-gallon capacity goes a long way in "watering" those pesky weeds, and the nozzle allows sufficient flow to thoroughly soak the weeds and grass. The key for me to be able to use this high-capacity unit is instead of wearing it on my back I move it around on a cart because 40 pounds is too heavy! Where there's a will, there is a way.

Great sprayer! If I have to add any negative comment(s).... it is a bit heavy (due to the battery and one gallon more than my pump sprayer was). I was surprised how long the battery last! Love that! Oh and the clip to hold the wand is a waste. Doesn't stay secure.

Shoots up to 18 feet which I needed to clean my siding on house. Nozzles for jet stream, as all nozzles, were plastic. Jet nozzle would not close enough to allow a jet stream to hit high corners of house with chemicals. Need to buy an adjustable brass nozzle to try and get enough jet stream to reach peak of house with chemicals

I purchased this Greenworks 80v backpack sprayer in June 2024, thinking I could avoid another small engine tune up and go with a lithium battery. In retrospect I should have bought the Invatech italia instead. Power on this sprayer is nominal, though it is easy to use. Waist hip support buckle broke after a few months, maybe 6-8 uses. Didn't use the sprayer for two months (winter) and here I am in only the eighth month of ownership and the tank leaks the solution down my leg. Needless to say, I am not happy with the overall quality of materials and short lifespan of this product. Costly lesson learned.

It is heavy, but obviously the 4 gallons of water/solution is what constitutes most of the weight. I have another 4 gallon sprayer but I like having the big battery so I am not having to constantly hand pump it. Unfortunately there is still some material at the the bottom of the sprayer even the sprayer quits spraying before it is completely empty. Leaning back and forward helps to get more of it.

This sprayer was clearly not designed by anyone in the pest control industry. The sprayer bottom has lots of nooks and crannies where pesticides collect making clean out difficult. This is especially problematic because there is no recirculation or agitation, so products will settle out of solution. There is no pressure adjustment. The default pressure mists rather significantly with the included nozzle, making herbicide application problematic. The included wand is rather low quality for such an expensive product. That said, the battery life is remarkable. I have to charge it once a week at most. The sprayer is slightly heavier than my Flozone sprayer, but the weight difference isn't all that noticable. It isn't a bad sprayer, just not ideal for pest control. Pros: - amazing battery life - comfortable harness - Wide opening for ease of mixing Cons: - uneven bottom collects products such as Prodiamine - pressure is not adjustable and mists with the included nozzle - wand is cheap plastic, easily bent - somewhat heavy - no agitation or recirculation
