I like these chairs better the warping peeling paint on wood. The chairs came with good instructions and were not hard to put together. They are comfortable and I love my navy blue color. My only issue is this; The multiply positions of the chair back is achieved by lifting up the arms and pushing backwards. Being a senior…haha…I rely on the arms to push myself up and out of the chair. Unfortunately I end up pulling up on the arms as I’m doing this and the chair adjusts backwards just as I’m getting up. Don’t a deal breaker and I’m sure I’ll find the learning curve to do it better.

Easily put together sincerely for this in 60s grandma. The arm's making it adjustable (3 different positions possible), makes it likeable, yet less stable. I like the attached Ottoman, you pull out and retract when when not in use. They do sit a bit closer to the ground than my previous chair's, just throw on some cushions that'll take care of that. Okay, so I agree with most of the reviews here - sturdy, good quality, comfortable, easy assembly. HOWEVER, I find it really difficult to get out of the chair when it is reclined with the footrest out. Am I missing some trick??? I can't get the footrest to go in while I'm sitting in the chair, and it's nearly impossible to get up when the footrest is open from the reclined position. I'm not that old and I'm in decent shape. I kind of wish I just got the ones with the separate foot rest because the attached one is really difficult to maneuver unless the seat is empty.
