The drawers lock so smoothly they open and glide so smoothly it has the tip resistant wheel in the front. It arrived very wl package no dents ar all. It's good-looking, clean, white and has nice curves where the top & sides meet. The three drawers open/close smoothly, and all three lock securely with two provided keys (was hard to find three locking drawers). There are no sharp edges where one might get cut. The construction is decent. BEWARE: 
This file cabinet DOES NOT FIT American letter-size hanging files, width-wise. There is no rail in the front of the drawer from which to hang. My Office Procedures binder sits on the left rail but not on the right rail. When files are placed vertically on the movable rail and the back rail, it fits letter-size. The drawer doesn’t pull out all the way, so files must be removed at an angle.
 I asked the seller for an additional movable rail and their answer was “Sorry, we don’t have any extra hanging bars for sale.” ... show more

Some parts were bent as in the photo. Lots of manufacturing defects. Some of part 13’s did not slide into drawers easily. I had to modify them. Wasted my time would have rather got something else with higher quality of manufacturing. Seems like a bad Chinese factory
