Updating: the original package didn't have brackets in it to put everything together. I contacted the company directly (not through Amazon) and the customer service was actually amazing and fast. They got me fixed up and now I can finish putting this together. About the product: it looks great and the instructions are very easy to follow despite what some of these reviews say. My suggestion is to look at the pictures! Make sure the images match what you're doing to the smallest detail. Make sure the shapes are the same direction and everything and you won't mess up. Now that I've had a chance to deal with customer service and have a whole product I'm comfortable with this 5 star. I'll update with pics soon.

Assembly is difficult and time consuming. I am 4 hours in and have not started on the drawers. It is a nightmare. I have all the tools necessary. I have put together many items in the past few years, and this one is a challenge. The fasteners are the wrong size. For example, on step 22, the instructions say to use (2) E screws. Those screws are TOO SHORT. The correct screw is R. It took me about 30 minutes, after trying multiple times to realize that the instructions were wrong. I wish I had purchased elsewhere. This installation is awful.
