Never heard of this company, but from the way that this light performs, I'll be looking out for what other affordable/budget friendly options they develop. The quality of the light is pretty great. From light output to build quality, it's solid. When the light is on, you can see the diodes at 1 percent and they look fairly unattractive. However, they don't cast a stack of shadows like other sources may do. The diffuser is quite lovely giving a nice even light. The barn doors are awesome and come in clutch to help control the spill and they also don't slip and slide. They stay put even in windy situations. Now here's some pretty cool news. The effects are really decent. Compared to offerings from Aputure, Neewer, Godox, and so on; these effects are pretty useful, including the worst ones like lightning, candle, fireplace, and faulty bulb. They each come with speeds to dial things in, giving the predictable effects a little more randomness. The option to go with wall power or Sony NP-F batteries is also clutch and makes the kit more versatile. This is a surprising uppercut and in some ways sets the standards for other lighting companies to pay attention to. Get this if you're in the market for an RGB LED panel light. It's awesome.

This RGB video light is an overall good value. I think it's something you can experiment with and decide if it's actually useful in your application. It's great at being a light, but nowadays just having a great light isn't enough at times. A good app and accessories may be required sometimes. This uses a generic app that can be downloaded by scanning the QR code on the instruction manual. It does not come with a tripod, which is absolutely necessary for many different types of shoots. Even with the light by itself though, you can do a lot. Personally, I mounted this using a $45 tripod, which you can consider to be an additional cost if you're starting with basically nothing. On top of that, NP-F batteries will run you an additional $40-$80 depending on the brand. I don't think this is a problem though, and the light still remains to be good value. It has tons of options for you to change the color, which I think is really accurate. It gets very bright compared to other smaller led panels that I've used. The effects seem quirky but they do work great if used in the right way. Overall, I absolutely recommend this for those that want a more serious light for any studio, youtube setup, or streaming setup.
