I absolutely give this mattress topper more than five stars, I have purchased dozens of pads, mattress toppers, all kinds for years and years. This is literally the first one ever, and I mean ever! that is this comfortable and is exactly as described on the product page. I am blown away how it is so comfortable. Not too soft, not too firm but just right. I lay on it at night and wonder "do these people know me? how did they know what I needed"? lol but seriously, best mattress pad, topper I have ever owned and my daughter even bought one I raved about it so much! I bought this to go on top of a mattress that does not have a pillow top, while staying at my mom's. It's not super thick, but has definitely made a difference. It's very soft and plush. I haven't had to make any adjustments, it's stayed in position very well. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Please read! The People with 2 separate basis for an adjustable bed. I solved the problem of the stupid gap in the middle! No more issues snuggling with your significant other. No one falls in or gets stuck in the crack. Everyone is comfortable ( including children and pets if you allow them in your beds). it’s like having a regular mattress again! Except your able to still adjust your own base without this topper interfering, I swear! I researched and have tried EVERYTHING on the market in the last 3 months that companies have made to get rid of the gap when having two adjustable bases. My boyfriend and I finally purchased a bed, which was quite expensive. We wanted all the bells and whistles since we spent so much money and expect to have it for 15 plus years. We both wanted to use our bases separately. Everything on the market from wedges to straps were all a fail! None of the straps allowed us to adjust our beds like we wanted. Even though the descriptions stated you could. Or would state you could adjust a little bit but recommended to keep each side the same. Ok what’s the point in that? The wedges fell through and did absolutely nothing. Everything went back. It finally dawned on me to try a topper or feather bed and it works like a charm! We have two XL pillow top mattress ( which equals to a king mattress) with two bases. This fits perfectly! No issues what so ever. We bought a fitted sheet to go on top of it. The mattress topper and fitted sheets each have straps to put under each corner of the mattress to keep them in place. And they work great! We have the lumbar supports and massager included in our bases. This topper doesn’t interfere at all. And we can adjust the beds any which way we want them to be at any given time. This is a life changer! When buying these beds, 95% of the times your stuck with the bases so exchanging or returning was not an option with mattress firm. I like this topper because it’s not that thick ( although thinner then the picture and description as stated) however we didn’t need anything thick since we have pillow top mattresses. We didn’t buy this for comfort to change the mattress itself. It’s only to get rid of the gap between the mattresses. Every review I’ve read no one has stated they tried this. So I hope I’ve Solved this for anyone else having the same issue as us. Needless to say my boyfriend and I can cuddle without getting stuck in the gap or squeezing onto one mattress and worry about falling off the bed. Now we have the entire mattress and not losing anymore space.

I got one for my daughter’s bed because her mattress was quite firm. Her bed is much more soft and gives it a pillow-like texture. It’s not super thick, so if you’re looking for more support I would look elsewhere. But if you’re looking for something to just soften things up a bit, and feel more cozy this is it!

A dorm bed is not very comfy but when I bought this mattress I became addicted to laying in my bed. It is soooo comfortable and I love that it has hooks on the side as I somehow always pull off any kind of mattress topper I have. I bought this to top an old Simmons Beautyrest mattress. That mattress is built with a pillow top but after a dozen years it has lost some cush and I was sometimes waking up with pains in my back or hip (usually sleep on my side but sometimes on my back). Instead of replacing the mattress I decided to try this topper and I'm glad I did. It is just right and has brought back the matress's original cushy feel. So comfy, and saved me hundreds in replacing a mattress! Note that I've been sleeping on it only a couple of weeks so I'm not sure how long the cush will last. I'll update if it flattens out too soon.
