I ordered 4 stools. They arrived in 3 days! They were carefully packaged and easy to assemble (one person can do it). The base is sturdy, floor protectors are already installed and level. Excellent quality seat. Cane is beautiful with slight variations of color which make them look expensive against the solid wood back. Height is as described. When the stools are pushed all the way forward, the fabric seat touches the island instead of the legs, so it will never scratch! I figured I'd only need 3 stools based on counter length calculations, but the package of 4 wasn't much more. Once assembled, I actually like having 4 since the stools are narrow! Another bonus: my dog is blind, so the simple c-shape base prevents injury. We love them! ... show more

These chairs are exactly what I was looking for. They are comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and the perfect height for my table. I was worried if the color of the chairs would be off from the color of my table top but they are really similar and look good together. I like these barstools a lot and I will be keeping them because they are perfect for small spaces. They have clean simple lines that keep a space from feeling cluttered. They are super cute and the rattan is real, not plastic imitation. The seat isn’t very plush, but it doesn’t hurt either- which is hard to come by when you have chronic back pain. I give four stars because although I feel that the quality is passable on these chairs, the cantilever nature of them have a natural sort of ‘give’. So they kind of rock a little bit like an ikea poang if you’ve ever sat in one of those. I personally like it now that I’m used to it and confident I’m not going to fall or break the chair. But I was admittedly hoping for sturdier construction. And despite all my measurements they are still slightly smaller than expected. I love my barstools - however the assembly process is frustrating the hole where you place the screws have fabric in them so it is almost impossible and when we opened our packaging we were missing screws :(

Overall decent chairs. The plastic floor protectors on the bottom of the metal frame came broken on one chair. The rest of the chair was fine itself and it's too much of a hassle to send back just for that. Should include extras with this set. Or just do better quality control and not ship broken pieces out. Edit 8/17/2023 Since the initial review I didn’t bother to take any other actions. The company took the initiative to reach out to me personally and offered to make things right. Although I’m leaving my first review unchanged, it is worth mentioning the customer service provided which I find rare these days. I received replacements for the broken pieces and was offered a fair, partial refund. TLDR: Overall the chairs so far still serve their purpose and look good. The customer service is excellent and makes me recommend them. ... show more

Really like the counter high chairs. They are comfortable and solid. I ordered 4 and 3 were damaged. I returned all 4 for a refund. I returned the chairs in the original box to show how damaged the box was. The box the chairs were shipped in appeared too small and the packaging around the base legs of the chairs didn't have adequate protection for the legs. They had deep scratches, some down to bare metal. Because I like the product I ordered two more and hopefully I get the my refund and 2 more chairs undamaged.
