I've used this product for years and believe it is effective. However, the pump bottle is difficult for people with arthritis, etc. I almost quit using it because of the design change... increase your price if needed, but don't put this in a pump container

Something is different besides the bottle look. Smells different. Doesn’t work as well as it used to but still a little new hair growth, just not as much as it did before it changed. Miss the old version!

I’ve been using this for a week now and OMG. I actually have extensions and they usually get very matted. This shampoo had my hair looking brand new. Very soft and such a nice finish after styling. Still too soon to say if it helps with the overall health and fullness of my hair, but it does make it soft and smells ok. It is quite thick, doesn't detangle as well as I would have thought. The reason for the 2 star rating is the bottle is not even 3/4 full! I was so insulted, considering what I paid for this small bottle in the first place. Will not be purchasing again. I have ordered MANY Grande products and have liked them, but lately all the products I have ordered are not even close to being full. Very disappointing. ... show more

I am hooked on both the shampoo & conditioner! The conditioner is the first conditioner I have ever used that felt rich and lux but didn’t weigh my hair down. I comb it through in the shower and noticed no hair fall out. Fragrance is amazing!!!! Thank you Grande!
