Pretty good, with few comments. - Rather hard to put it on by yourself because it does not have a D-ring - The Velcro appears to be way too strong, hard to unwrap and I have a feeling that because of that cuff might break rather soon. I bought this to do self-blood pressure measurements at my doctor's order. Unfortunately, the cuff is too small and I had to return it. I am a fairly average sized male adult, not fat or huge, but not tiny. If you are average sized or larger, you will need to look somewhere else. If you are a string-bean, this might work.
