The packaging was decent and the tufting gun came to me in one piece. It goes through primary backing fabric well, can’t say for other material. The main problem I have with this machine is the rotating handle. For a lack of better words, it feels clunky, tight, and is rough to turn. I even applied sewing machine oil to the problem area and it hasn’t gotten any better. Works how I need it to, but the handle is driving me nuts!
