Very easy to use and stayed on. I can’t tell for sure if there were huge improvements in depuffing (there was some), but they felt great. I put them on, sat on my couch, put my head back and had a mini-meditation. So relaxing!

Let me start by saying that the product does work - I'm in my thirties and have been using them in the morning to help reduce puffiness and I've been very happy with the final result. I don't keep them in the fridge but they still give off a cooling feel. When I catch a glimpse of myself throughout the day, my puffy undereye area isn't what I notice first anymore which is a huge win. BUT, they are so frustrating to deal with! First, it doesn't matter what I do when I open the package, one or both of the pads stick to the inside of the plastic pouch instead of sliding out on the little tray they sit in. You're supposed to put the flat side on your skin, and that's the side that gets stuck to the plastic, which makes me feel like product is being lost. Also, as other reviewers have noted, they slide down! They don't fall off - they slide just enough to move off of the targeted undereye area, but not enough that you can tell just based off of how they feel sitting on your face. I have to keep checking the mirror and readjusting them constantly which is very inconvenient during a busy morning. I actually want to give them 2 stars because they're so annoying to use, but that doesn't seem fair since the results are so good. If using them wasn't such a chore, I'd happily give 5 stars.

I have tried so many things to decrease puffiness in my eyes and make them look brighter. All the creams. Filler. This is the first thing that’s ever worked for me. I used it for two days before I noticed a change. It’s incredible. Setting up for autoship. Eyes are less puffy, skin looks hydrated and healthy, my eyes look brighter. I’m on day 4 and I don’t need concealer under my eyes. Amazing!

I ordered these when they were on sale for my dearest friends (and got myself a box too). I could see quickly that the puffiness under my eyes was reduced with just a couple of uses, by the end of the week, there was no puffiness.My eyes were more visible and the blue looked bluer. By reducing the puffiness under my eyes it helped the color of my eyes pop like it did when I was younger.I kept mine in the fridge & that made them feel great.They're easy to move around until you get them positioned exactly how you want them.I was very careful with mine because when you remove them from the tray, there's still liquid in the tray. If you're careful, you can pop them back into the tray and use them a 2nd time. My friends liked them but I don't think that they loved them as much as I loved mine.Cost prevents this from being a regular item, but if you want to treat yourself & you have the time to position them & you can get 2 uses out of them, it's worth trying.I'm disabled & retired, so I can take the time.
