I didn't have to navigate any complicated FAA paperwork or certification processes. I was able to unbox it and start flying (after reading the manual, of course!) without any bureaucratic hurdles. It’s a huge relief for any casual flyer. The GPS and Optical Flow Dual Positioning System is, without a doubt, the star of the show. On my first outdoor flight, the GPS locked on quickly, and the difference in stability was night and day compared to other beginner drones I've tried. The drone just stays put, hovering precisely even in mild breezes. This feature is a lifesaver for capturing clear, non-shaky footage. The automatic Return-to-Home function gives me immense peace of mind. I tested it by turning off the controller, and watching it faithfully fly back to its takeoff point was incredible. Of all the disappointing purchases I have ever made, the FERIETELF B16 drone stands out as the most egregious example of false advertising and shoddy craftsmanship. I was initially drawn in by the promise of a high-quality, sub-250g drone with a 4K camera and a long flight time, but the reality has been nothing short of a complete waste of money. From the moment I unboxed it, I had a sinking feeling that the product was not going to live up to the glittering five-star reviews, and my fears were confirmed almost immediately upon its first and only successful flight. The most critical flaw of this product, and the reason for my one-star rating, is its utterly unstable and fragile nature. The marketing claims of "outstanding flight stability" due to its GPS and optical flow positioning are a complete fantasy. Outdoors, with a clear sky and GPS enabled, the drone would drift uncontrollably, fighting against non-existent winds and making smooth video capture an absolute impossibility. The promised "precise hovering" is a myth; it was more like a nervous, drunken wobble that had me fearing for its safety the entire time. This leads directly to the second, and most infuriating, issue: the FERIETELF drone is easily breakable. I emphasize "easily break" because it feels like it's made from the cheapest, most brittle plastic imaginable. On its first minor, low-speed tip-over onto grass from a height of about three feet during a slightly awkward landing, one of the arm hinges snapped clean off. This was not a crash; it was a simple, gentle topple that any well-built toy, let alone a "professional" drone, should easily withstand. The advertised 4K camera is another massive deception. In practice, with any attempt to use the camera or fight its unstable flight patterns, the battery drained significantly faster. Furthermore, after the drone broke, the second battery became a completely useless piece of junk, highlighting how the entire value proposition collapses the moment the fragile frame fails. The various "easy-to-fly" features are poorly implemented and feel more like gimmicks than helpful tools. The one-key takeoff and landing are jarring, and the headless mode only added to the disorientation. The idea of using voice or gravity control with such an unstable platform is a recipe for disaster. For a beginner, this is the worst possible starter drone because it does not behave predictably, setting you up for failure and a broken product. My experience with the automatic return-to-home function was the final nail in the coffin. After managing a short, shaky flight, I triggered the RTH function. I cannot overstate how poorly made this drone is. The brand name FERIETELF should be a red flag for any potential buyer looking for a reliable RC quadcopter. It is a textbook example of a company prioritizing a long list of flashy features over fundamental build quality and flight stability, resulting in a product that is fundamentally flawed and destined for the trash bin. Save your money and look for a more reputable brand, even if it means spending a little more. The FERIETELF B16 drone is a fragile, unstable, and deceptive product that will only lead to frustration and disappointment. It is not a gift for a drone lover; it is a guaranteed letdown. I deeply regret this purchase and strongly advise everyone to steer clear.

I really liked this 4K FERIETELF drone. It's easy to use, even if you don't have much experience. The camera records in good quality and GPS helps a lot so you don't get lost.
