I have to admit that I had pretty low expectations for this $130 camera drone but I am pleasantly surprised. I can't speak to its durability but the initial quality is very good. I'm a bit of a technology clod so the set up took me twice as long to get through but I eventually figured it out. Here's a new tip: once you do the initial calibration of the horizontal and vertical turns take it outside so it can lock onto enough GPS satellites. I flew it for about 10 minutes at dusk and while grainy, typical in low light conditions, the image was bright and very decent quality. I can't wait to try it out in good light. It's super easy to control-- you really have to go out of your way to do something dumb to crash it. I bought it to do some SAR to search behind a thick stand of trees to find a plane I lost the other day to low battery. Fingers crossed I find it! Edit 1: Flew it in a stiff breeze and in daylight. At first it was overcast having just snowed then the sun came out. I found the screen very difficult to see in daylight. Apparently that's very common with drones. I'll make a glare shield and see if it improves. It is not that stable in the wind. ... show more

Drone was ok but the controller itself broke. Did not charge at all. Camera would not move. Very cheap and not worth your time. Replacing with the potensic atom 2. Spend the extra money.
