I got this for my 12 year old. I had to guide him and help balance him the first couple times of use. It does take a little time to get used to, however I feel like he mastered the use of it within about 15 minutes. He did need to build up some confidence before going on his own, but he was rolling all over the house on his own in no time. We have wooden floors and the hoverboard glided smoothly on it. The battery is long lasting. It’s durable and sturdy. It can hold a good amount of weight, so it’s great for kids and teens. My husband tried it given he is close to the weight threshold (175 pounds) and it carried him along just as easily as it did my son, it has a pretty powerful motor. It turned with ease, I was able to control the movement swiftly with my feet. I was surprised with the performance, it has some get up and go and it was much easier to use than I expected. The lights are a great addition and it even has a Bluetooth speaker. The sound quality is great and a very cool feature.

My sister loves her hover board she rides on it as much as she can, it keeps her entertained. It has great speed, she rides it in the house plus she has took it outside so the performance is great. The battery last all day, she plays music on it from her phone which was very easy to connect. I even got on it and the balance is awesome Highly recommend !

It looks cool, the Bluetooth works perfectly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because we took it to the park so he (my son) could go faster. It started beeping when he got up to speed. It started to tilt as well. We recalibrated it 3xs. But it kept tilting and dumped my son off while he was going fast. Causing him to scrape his knee and hurt his wrist. It has no issues at low speed. I don't understand why it's doing this. We've already thrown out the box and instructions with it so idk what to do about it.

We bought 2 for Christmas and a few months later one just stopped working. Contacted customer support and they were quick to respond with ways to troubleshoot the hoverboard. When that didn’t work they were quick to send a shipping label so we could return for a new one. Both kids are now riding together again. Thank you

I emailed customer support and after sending them some details about my purchase from Amazon, they were willing to send us a new upgraded hoverboard! (This was after the return window had closed.) Very frustrating to spend a good amount on a toy that only last 6 months. My daughter received this hoverboard for Christmas and after 5/6 months I thought it was the charger that wasn’t working so I purchased a new charger cause they wouldn’t send a replacement and no it’s the hoverboard that no longer charges. Save your money unfortunately I have a heart broken little girl.

The media could not be loaded. So far, once they got calibrated, they have worked great and been super easy to use. Almost no learning curve for my ten-year-olds. Decent battery life. They love them. Edited to add (11/24/23): Oh my goodness! These are the absolute most durable little things ever! My girls have been giving them heavy use ever since their birthday last August and they've been nice little workhorses, but now I'm even more impressed. Last week one of my girls left her hoverboard out in the rain. Like, I don't even know how she got it so wet. When we picked it up the water was literally pouring out of it like water from a pitcher. If she had dunked it in a barrel of water I don't think it could have been wetter. I was so sure the poor hoverboard was a goner. But, ever living in hope, we let a fan blow on it for a few days to try and dry it out. Then we charged it up and she turned it on and it started right up, good as new. Seriously, the best value for the money I've had in a really long time!
