We were thinking of returning it in the beginning because of the strong smell. And the smell went away when I finally get a time to return, so we decided to give it a try. It's not super heavy, my 7YO has no problem carrying it around by herself. It also light up, which she likes aloe. It's easy to roll on carpet, wood floor. ground , and grass. When using on grass for 30mins, it might show no battery but still work if you use it on easier surface. Battery is fine.

LED on the hooverboard is so cool. My 7 year old daughter love this pink color hooverboard. It is easy to learn. My daughter can easily start riding it at low speed. It can also spin on the spot, easy to make turns. The hooverboard is very heavy and solid. It says it can support up to 176lb. My wife and daughter have no problem riding it. I am 210 lb and suprisingly it can move even I am riding it.
