I am absolutely thrilled with the gotonovo Rain Shower System Matte Black that we recently purchased for our bathroom remodel. This was actually the third shower system we bought, after returning two others that were much more expensive and didn't meet our expectations. I have to admit, we were a bit hesitant when we ordered this system, but it has exceeded our expectations in every way. First of all, the gotonovo Rain Shower System is absolutely stunning. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern in our bathroom, and it adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. But more importantly, the water flow is amazing. It feels like we're showering in a high-end hotel or spa. The rainfall showerhead is especially wonderful, and it really makes us feel like we're on vacation. Installation was also surprisingly easy, although we did hire a plumber to do the work for us. Our plumber had no trouble installing the shower system, and it was up and running in no time. I'm not sure how easy it would be to install on your own, but I would definitely recommend getting a professional to help you out. Overall, I can't recommend the gotonovo Rain Shower System Matte Black enough. It's beautiful, functional, and adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. I purchased this shower system for our shower remodel. I selected it because the style matched the sink faucet we already had in place. I also liked the fact that the hand held shower head was separate from the overhead shower head. Aesthetically, It just looked better to me and I felt it would be functional down the road if we need to sit down while showering. We had one complication but it was resolved. A threaded piping piece to connect the bracket for the hand held shower head was not long enough and the plumbers could not make it work as it was. I did email the Gotonova company and they responded quickly. For a small fee they were able to make a threaded piece to the length we specified. It was delivered promptly and they communicated about the process the whole time. Although it was a small set-back initially, I'm happy with how the finished product works and how nice it looks. ... show more

I have had this for three months now. Happy with the way it looks but I cannot give it more than one star. Its been leaking almost from the first month. The plumber who installed this tells me the cartridge is bad and I dont even know how to reorder the cartridge. The leak is irritating and i can collect a bucket of water overnight. The sound of the leak is frustrating. Update: customer support was persistent in helping me out and they did a fantastic job getting this finally fixed. Thanks team! ... show more

Pretty nice for the price, but then I did purchase them discounted. Only down side is the escutcheon plates for the shower head and wand are very cheaply made from thin metal, but then like I said they were cheap enough to actually warrant purchasing two units. Valve body/shower controls are robust and well made and to be honest I’m actually looking forward to installing something that resembles quality.
