I just installed the 8" square shower head with hand-held shower in our downstairs bathroom and so far I'm really pleased with it. The valve unit is cast brass and all the trim, handles, shower head, etc. are all metal and made really well! Installation went really smoothly and I was impressed with the straightforward design of the cover plate. I also really liked the design of the hand-held shower unit. By loosening the two set screws, you can remove the the threaded brass nipple completely and install it in the threaded water supply fitting in your wall. Once it's tight, pop the hand-held bracket and trim back on, level it and tighten the set screws. Perfect! The hose on the hand-held can swivel so no more twisted and tangled hose. I have two minor complaints - the instructions are really poor (they say nothing about the set screws) so it's helpful to have prior experience. Secondly, I had to make and install a washer under the large brass nut that holds the shower valve in place. Without the washer, the nut screwed in too far making it impossible to then screw on the dome shaped decorative piece under the main handle. I'm still giving it 5 stars though because of the low price along with the overall quality. I'll update this review if I have any problems with it down the road.

This shower head set is so beautiful and reasonably priced. It looks beautiful in our shower and the hand held handle works great, the pressure is perfect. However, the actual rainfall shower head is not. The pressure is light and the water comes straight down. I’m used to a shower head hitting at an angle so even if I don’t wash my hair and just wash my body, at least my body is still getting wet. I have to lean my body at an angle and head forward everytime I just want a body wash and it gets uncomfortable. I’ve even tried to tilt the shower head because that you are able to move around but because the water pressure is not strong, it doesn’t help.

I love this product! They are made of quality materials! They look great and function great and they are priced great! I need some longer nipples for the wand holder and a shorter rod for the rain fall shower head. This was on my house in the extra bathroom so I drug my feet on this project and it took me over a year to finish. I bought these a year before I installed them! Even still, they were so great with their communication. Every time I sent an email, when I woke up the next day, I had a reply from them. Sometimes they replied during the day also. My only complaint is the instructions aren't super clear and their English isn't from a native speaker but they resolved everything I needed them to. I will but their projects again for my next house for sure!

I've purchased (4) sets for our Restrooms in our water park in Puerto Morelos Qroo. Mexico, delivery was quick, well "fancy" packed all items as to prevent any scratches during shipping and or during installation, even white gloves provided for installation. Although we had some issues with the mixing cartridges not working properly (low to (0) pressure) Gotonovo team was ALWAYS Very Helpfull, responsive working wit us to get to the root of the problem one problem is/was that these units you MUST have Both Hot/Cold water connected as they are very sensitive if only providing one or the other (mixing valves wont work properly). once that was addressed we might have had small particles in water lines clogging the mixing valves as we kept having low pressure REGARDLESS of the reason we Tip our hat to Gotonovo team as they kept working with us BEYON Our Expectations, via phone, email, pics, videos, EVEN replaced the mixing valves at no addedd charge untill we got them to work properly we WILL DEFINETLY will be buying more of these showers from same supplier not only due to beautiful quality on the product mor importantly so for their relentlesly support to make sure we were satisfied.
