I just got back from a two week trip to Italy. I bought the Sand/Herringbone/ white sandals. I scotchguarded these all over before i left. They were SOOOO comfortable.Very cushioned and bouncy. they have a sneaker like sole and very adjustable straps (great for flights where your feet swell a bit) Everyone i was with who had other sandals ended up with blisters and raw skin. These survived rain, puddles, mud and dirt and look brand new! (better to wear sandals in the rain than sneakers-no wet socks!) they dry quickly. I felt they looked more fashionable and trendy than hiking sandals. I wore them with shorts, skorts, dresses and capris. . honestly could have been the only shoe i brought.

After a tendon injury in my ankle, I was diagnosed with Fallen Arch Syndrome, and my surgeon recommended Dansko sandals to me (and for dress shoes as well as Brooks stabilizer running shoes and Clarks for dress shoes). I got these when their price was reduced, and I like them so much that I'd pay full price for them. I love how adjustable they are, love the arch support. I can wear them all day with no pain or fatigue. I always walk at least 10K steps a day, and my feet are still happy in these. They are cute and sturdy, and I'm so very glad I found them!

It has been very hard for me to find sandals that can actually touch/support my high arches. Most sandals are too flat for me, even many that claim to have arch support. These sandals are great for my arches! You can see in the photo there is no gap between my arch and the shoe (a rarity for me). Super cute and versatile style. Very well cushioned, adjustable, and comfy. The only downside is that these sandals are not super supportive for my overpronating right foot. I can wear them for a day and be ok, but if I wear them for a few days my right knee starts to hurt. So I had to knock off a star for lacking stability. I usually wear a size 8 or 8.5 in sandals, size 9 in running shoes. I originally purchased the 8.5 size range, but returned it for the next smaller size which you can see fits perfectly.

I've just ordered my third pair. I have a torn achilles tendon, plantar fasciitis, and arthritis in the first metatarsophalangeal joint. The only thing I've been able to wear for the last two years is Brooks Ghost. Sometimes I want a little bit different look. So I started trying to find a sandal with good support. I've tried Chacos, Tevas, and some others. What I was finding was they all had good arch support but then they dropped the heel and I needed my heel supported at a higher level. I found these and I wore Danskos for years so I thought I would give them a try. The first pair I ordered were too big and I couldn't even tell how they felt. I sent them back. I thought I would try some in person. The store only had the Rose Herringbone which was NOT my first choice but I thought I would go ahead and try them on to get the size. They felt so amazingly right that I bought them anyway (and have since fallen in love with the color.) I wanted a more neutral color so then I bought the Sand Herringbone. I thought I didn't like them but I wore them anyway and got compliments right and left. Now we are coming to Fall and I know I won't want to wear white but I want to keep wearing them because I travel a lot and they are very comfy on long car trips. So, Black Herringbone should arrive tomorrow to wear with my black leggings. They are amazing but as many reviews state, the straps are short. I happen to have skinny ankles and can barely strap them so keep that in mind if you don't have the slimmest of ankles. I wear a 9.5 shoe, 9.0 sandal. The first ones I ordered were the 9.5-10. Too big. 8.5-9.0 is perfect. So much cushion. Plenty of lift for my heel and cushion in the heel. Good arch support. I love them. And the compliments just keep coming. I haven't felt good about how I looked since I tore my tendon (and that included six weeks in the boot.) I certainly can't get real dressy but I can at least look nice. YAY!

This sole and arch support on this sandal are excellent. They are very comfortable. However, the straps are flimsy and low quality. I am a long time Teva wearer and these sandals are not sport sandals, the straps would fail under any type of pressure. If you could put Teva straps on this sandal you would have an outstanding sandal. We will see how long these straps hold up.
