I only write reviews if something is exceptional or terrible. This is the best shape wear I have ever tried. Over the course of a few years, I've tried almost 30 types. Nothing has ever worked as it claimed. They've all either pushed up back fat over the top, pushed down hip fat beneath the underwear line, been too tight to wear, too large, made my stomach look weirdly deformed, been too stiff to move, or been uncomfortable. I'm in heaven with this one. It's giving me a chance to wear a ton of clothes that I haven't worn in a long time. I'm about 20 pounds over weight, and carry it all in my stomach practically. I can't wear anything that's form fitting or I look 3-4 months pregnant. With this on, I look like I have a flat stomach, but it does it without smushing everything over the top of the shape wear or beneath it. Even if I bend forward, it keeps the shape. Usually shape wear makes me too uncomfortable to move around in or keep on longer than a few minutes, but not this one. The design is wonderful. This main piece is spandex material with sort of smooths everything out without compressing too much. But then the attached corset piece can be pulled together to give you that flat tummy look, and it doesn't feel suffocating because the spandex part has already smoothed everything over. I'm not only ordering another one, but I don't know how I'm going to stop myself from wearing it everyday. I tired on two outfits with it: Jeans and a form fitting tank top, and a black form gown. Both would have looked bad without the shape wear. With the shape wear on, They looked exactly how they should, as if my stomach lost 20 pounds! I'm 5'2"/5'3" and weigh 120 pounds. I realize some people will say, "That's not overweight", but my normal is 100 pounds. It's what I was for a long long time. Most of that is in my stomach (and a bit in my upper arms). With this shape wear on, I actually look how I used to for the most part, as if I lost all that extra weight. I'm seriously in love with this. When you put it on, it feels like shape wear often does, as though it's five sizes too small and your pulling with all your might to get it past your hips. But once it's on and in place, it doesn't feel too tight. And since you don't close the corset until it's in place, that makes it a lot easier to close. I don't know if this is going to work for everyone since the human body is endlessly different when it comes to shapes and sizes, but for me, who has tried everything under the sun, I can say I finally found my shape wear and feel elated.

Reviews were not kinda helpful, im am going to be as detailed as possible. I am 4'10", I weigh 129, my hips are about 40" and my waist is about 34". I purchased a small, i can wear it out comfortably on the first clip, i can wear it comfortably on the second clip as long as I don't eat a meal(😂). I hope with going to the gym i will be able to wear it in the smallest setting. There is no back fat, which was my biggest concern. It did bunch up in the back, only because i unclipped the part where the panty linear is at and the straps are thick so I can't wear it with a cammy but maybe I can tuck it but I haven't tried. Overall this is the best I've come across.

The quick story: Very comfortable will make you feel amazingly pull in postpartum if you want that, but too long if you are under 5’6”- it’s makes a huge roll of excess material on the back & gives underarm fat??? Long version:So I will say that this is EXTREMELY comfortable. The compression is only medium to medium light, I think this product is great for the price buttttt I’m almost wondering if I should have sized down?? I’m 5’ 4” 190 pounds & got the large (some people were suggesting Xl) I guess sizing depends on how you carry your weight, I’m hourglass but have a postpartum tummy. I feel like the large was TOO long. The worst part about this is the huge roll on the back -It’s not a fat roll, just a bunch of extra material. I THINK this is from the torso being too long maybe??so I was considering sizing down, BUT it also gave me a bunch of under arm fat that I normally don’t have - see 1st photo - so I’m worried a medium would be worse... unless maybe A smaller size will com up higher on me & therefore minimize the issue?? - I am either going to return or exchange for a medium, I will update once I do. Overall this feels amazing to wear & I didn’t want to take it off, perfect compression for feeling “tucked in” but may not make a huge difference in clothes, if you want subtle changes thought this will be great. This would be amazing postpartum as I have said before

For starters, I’m 5’4” and about 175lbs. Most of my problem area is around my hips (thanks, kids). I ordered the XL and it fits mostly perfectly. In theory, this is great. It keeps the bulges at bay and provides a subtle slimming effect without making you feel like you’re going to pop like some other waist trimmers. I love that there is a detachable strap between the legs to make bathroom use simple and quick. It’s easier to reattach than I was expecting. However, this wonderful little strap is incredibly painful unless you’re sitting and not moving. It’s so wide that the metal clasps cut into my thighs (surprise, surprise, I have no thigh gap!). I spent a good majority of my 12 hour shift attempting to readjust and make it at least tolerable. News flash: it never happened. Overall, everything else about this is great. Great stretch, great feel, can’t see it under clothing, and hides any fat bulges you might have. Unfortunately, I will probably only wear this when absolutely needed because of the metal clasps digging into my thighs. It’s just way too wide.
