Grill heats evenly, cleans very easily. Have used it primarily for frying eggs and toasting bread. Eggs fry without any sticking, and the toast comes out a nice light brown without drying out. I purchased to replace a well used/well loved griddle. This one is much lighter weight and I don't believe it will last 10 years like the last one, but price was reasonable and it is a nice pan.
