I’m not sure what others are expecting for a cheap pool robot, but I think this is great for it’s price point & if it dies in a year or two, I won’t cry over it. It helps get all the tiny murk and sand debri that I can’t seem to get. It’s easy to clean and easy to operate. Total win. My only frustration with it, is if you pickup it after a cycle some of the murk comes out! Is still picks up a lot, but I am trying to figure out how I can prevent that ... show more

Even though I had a couple problems, they were and are the best to deal with and I will always be willing to consider them when they are involved with something I may need. Not sure why there is no question and answer thing with this but I could not find it through Amazon. Gosvor seen it and answered my question right away!!! I have miss placed the manual and now I can not find the answer online. All they want to do is sell me another one. My problem is when using it for probably 5 to 7 times, when I out it in the pool the light is white. Today when I put it in the lights that are normally blue are all red once it gets in the water. Why? Update: They did get back with me and after a few messages back and forth we came to the conclusion that there could be a problem. Seems the even though it was charged the red light would come on when in the water and they were kind enough to let me return it and gave me full refund. Very good customer service and I will most likely buy from them again ... show more

Oh my goodness! The best thing I have bought for my pool since I bought my pool! So very easy to operate. Charged in no time at all, pushed 1 button and poof it was on its way puttering along sucking up the tiniest debris in the pool and then a pile of pine needles that I was a little hesitant about. I even had people over forgot it was even in the pool when it was done grabbed the hook, sparkle sparkle all done. Easy clean out and charged again for next use! Love this machine! ... show more

Used for a few weeks. So far so good. Learned to make sure top lid is fastened on all sides. When you retrieve “marco polo” our nickname for the cleaner, don’t hold it over pool because the small particles drain out with the water. I returned another brand for this one hoping it was better. Definitely is. Picks up larger debris and filters some small with the screen. Just need to run the filter for at least 6 hours during and after the vacuum running. Does a great job keeping the bottom clean and the water clear when used with your pump. As stated it is suited for flat bottom pools. it works great on mine although sometimes needs a little push to come out of the deep end. Picks up all the little stuff on the bottom and leaves. Fits my needs and great product!
