Nothing was wrong with it. It just didn’t work like I thought it would it kept getting stuck on small wrinkles in the bottom of my pool so I would have to take the skimmer pool and push it just to get it started again any unevenness or bumps it’s not gonna work if you have a perfectly flat pool with no wrinkles or slopes it works great if not, just buy a handheld pool and spa vac but one with the actual pool poles for the handles,not the little cheap three-piece poles that snapped together. They break easy.

I'm returning this. I have a Bestway pool (12'x20'). Flat bottom. My old auto pool vacuum died and needed a new one. Ordered this one and it is shockingly bad. The suction is great, but no matter where I put it in the pool, it doesn't go "random" and cover any other part of the pool. It falls into the EXACT same route every single time, vacuuming the exact same small fraction of the pool, and leaving tons of dirt elsewhere, no matter how long it runs. The old vacuum could vacuum the entire bottom of the pool in one 45-minute shot. This one has left more than 2/3 of the pool floor un-vacuumed after 7-8 runs, starting in different places.

We’ve been using this vacuum brush for a few weeks now, and it’s been a huge help for keeping the pool floor clear of that fine grit that settles overnight. I just charge it up and let it loose while I’m helping my daughter with a school project or firing up the grill. It covers the area efficiently without too much overlap, and the white and yellow design makes it easy to spot against the blue liner so I know exactly where it’s finished. It climbs the lower part of the walls well and doesn't get stuck on the drain cover like my old one used to. While I have not get to use this in my pool I have others and was able to look this over. It is of decent build quality and comes with a removing hook to help lift it out of the water. The filter is the size of the whole unit and can be cleaned by removing the top section of the bot. There are also 2 brush scrubbers that you attach to the bottom of this on each side. They are small and I can tell they will clog easily. The wheels are hard plastic and spin and roll freely. There is no motor to power the wheels and its movement is dependent on the vacuum inside the bot and uses water as its propulsion. That makes for a slower bot when the filter gets fuller and not very strong in moving itself around. It will need a very smooth and flat bottom pool to operate. This does not need to be hooked up to your pump and filter and there is no connections to do so making this fully independent. It also has a sealed rechargeable battery. This is a very basic/simple robot pool cleaner that is suitable for fine material pickup and wont be able to easily clean any leaves without clogging it up and then making it not able to move.

I’m really impressed with this pool cleaning robot! It has made keeping my pool clean so much easier.
