I received the 12' x 9' net and found it to be of excellent quality and very simple to set up. I have purchased Bow Net products in the past, and I will no longer be buying from them, as this net rivals their products at a fraction of the cost. I see absolutely nothing to justify spending more. In addition to having a great product, their customer service is another reason to feel comfortable with your purchase. A week after setting up my net, I backed over it with my Jeep, which damaged one of the bottom frame pieces. I contacted their customer service with an explanation of what happened, a receipt,and images of the damage. Anna Audler replied quickly and told me that they would be sending the new part out immediately and at no charge for the part or the shipping from CA to NJ. They made it such a nice experience, but it gets even better. After receiving the replacement part, I realized that I asked for the wrong piece. I again reached out to Anna and she, without hesitation, agreed to send me another part at no charge. She was so nice about, that I felt guilty for making the mistake and even offered to pay for the part and the shipping, which she declined. This product deserves a sixth star. Why, you ask? Let me explain. The first five are for a product that is excellent, sturdy, easy to assemble, and functions as intended. There, easy enough. But there should be a sixth star when customer service is this good. Why, you ask? Let me explain again. I just had a neighborhood kid move the net abruptly and it broke one of the pieces that is under tension. Emailed customer support and explained the situation offering to pay for a replacement. I mean, why should they bear that cost, right? The reply I got within about 15 minutes was "we got it covered. On its way. Here's the tracking number." So, yeah, six stars. ... show more

I purchased this product to help prevent basketballs from going into the street, as our basketball goal is set up in our driveway and with younger kids, I knew this was a real potential issue when we set up the hoop. This product works great for this purpose, and honestly will be great when baseball and soccer are back in season - it's highly versatile and mobile. The only downside, it's a bit of a hassle to put together and take down anytime you want to use it, but once you get the hang of it, it only takes a couple of minutes for assembly and take down. This product is normally about a 4-Star rating based on the metal base design (seems to have been corrected) and the manufacturing quality the fiberglass poles and the net Velcro straps, not the net itself (have not corrected). Overall, I upgraded this product to 5-Stars (I'm pretty picky and almost never give something a 5) because of their OUTSTANDING customer support. I have had similar experiences to others on this page that report above and beyond customer support. My units are outside 24-7. I realize that the sun and weather take their toll on the product but it is not practical for me (and many other buyers) to bring them inside when not in use. My fiberglass poll broke (sawed it off, reinserted, then broke again) and it was replaced. One of my metal bases broke off (drilled a hole into the base and rigged it to work temporarily) and it was replaced with 2, new, redesigned metal basses (see photos). I can truly say that this was a great purchase and I only wish that they had a slightly more expensive version made out of longer-lasting materials. ... show more

The GoSports Portable 12' x 9' Sports Barrier Net worked perfectly for my purposes. I wanted something to put up in back of a portable basketball hoop to keep my kids from hitting my neighbors house and windows. When set up the net is high enough that no balls can go over it and its wide enough that when set up on one side of the basket nothing can get around it either. We also use it as a backstop for the kids to kick the soccer ball around and through the football. The net stops the balls in both cases and stops them from hitting the neighbors house. I was initially worried it wouldn't be that stable, but it works fine and hasn't fallen over once. When not in use I detach the arms and lay it flat on the ground (I haven't had a use for the carrying bag yet) and that has worked fine for my purposes. ... show more

4 boys (and all their friends!) with baseballs and bats + lots of windows facing the yard=disaster. After 2 broken windows, we decided we needed some kind of net/barrier. After looking at several options-we purchased this one. Great buy. I set it up by myself in less than 5 minutes. Can disassemble and store in bag during the off-season or can take with you to the park etc. Seems well made. Serving our purposes very well. A bit more than I thought to spend on a barrier- but compared to similar products, it is reasonable. And much cheaper than replacing more windows😬 ... show more
