I used these grip strips for securing a rug to a cement floor for a trade show a few months ago. I bought them specifically because they said they're removable without leaving adhesive. I didn't want to leave anything behind for the venue to clean up. These strips worked beautifully. They were super easy to use, removed without leaving a trace and kept my booth rug secure to the floor to prevent tripping hazards while allowing access to my entire booth. I highly recommend these for temporary flooring adhesion without the hassle of adhesive left behind.

For me, this does stick to the floor very well. That’s part of the problem. Stuck to the floor, but the rug came loose of the adhesive which stuck to the floor very tightly. I don’t think I would trust using this on hardwood floors. Probably best used in a lower traffic area. Works for what I needed. Seems to be good quality. Just depends on how you’re going to use it.

These are, hands down, the BEST product for making my area rugs lay flat at the corners. I have mobility issues and wear orthopaedic boots with very thick soles, and these prevent me from stumbling. They are very simple to apply, do exactly what they are designed for and do it well.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I was so tired of buying the washable rugs because although they wash up well, they literally SLIDE EVERYWHERE! Well - a friend recommended I try the tape so I started researching. I settled on Gorilla Grip because my husband likes Gorilla Glue. I am SO glad I did! I tried a generic cheaper brand and the tape didn't even stick to the carpet let alone the floor! I threw it out - completely wasted my money. THIS holds the carpet firmly in place! No more sliding, no more curling edges! AND I can even vacuum without the vacuum eating the carpet! A WORD OF CAUTION: Do not just PULL it up when you want to remove the rug! Be sure to peel it slowly or you could damage your flooring!!!!!! Does not leave any residue or stickiness when removed.

Works extremely well. I bought this so that I wouldn’t trip over my hallway runner so happy I did because as I age apparently I do not pick up my feet caviar. It was easy to put on and my runner is now slipper resistant.

Worked pretty good and kept us from slipping on the front porch but the sticky part that sticks to the back of the carpet did not stay long. Was way to put on and mostly served its purpose, as it does still help the welcome mat from slipping even though the pads are no longer adhered to the mat.
