This refurbished unit is much better than I expected. The Hero3+ was in flawless condition. It came with all the accessories including the charging cable, battery, mounts, and the frame. It did not come with a manual or instructions, but I was able to find a pdf manual easily online. The frame had scuffs on it, but again, the Hero3+ itself was in perfect condition. The unit was able to power on and function just as expected. I have not had any issues with it so far. I was able to connect the Hero3+ to my phone, navigate through all the modes, record and save videos, and take pictures. It is functionally perfect. As far as the quality of pictures and videos you get out this, it is not great. This product originally came out several years ago, and you can tell. But as a cheap action cam, I think that it is acceptable for the price. For a refurbished unit, I was expecting it to be a little more beaten up than what I ended up getting. So, 5 stars from me; better than expected.

The camera is overall a good deal. We purchased an Accessories package which made it all that much more useable for Bike riding, stationary party recordings, walking, in the car, swimming and much more activities. We give it a five rating because we will not be returning it and we have no complaints. :)

The Go Pro is fine, but it came with no manual...How is one supposed to know what to do with this camera without some instruction? I am struggling to mate this to my drone without how to do it......

The camera powered on perfectly, no issues at all. Three issues I had that frustrated me to the point of returning....first off, no manual or even a web address link to a users manual. Had to google it myself. Second, the WiFi password had not been reset to factory default. Contacted them and they informed me that all I needed to do was find the serial number. They advised me how to do this, but no go as my serial number was marked out on mine (getting irritated by this point). They tell me that I can overcome the issue by putting in an SD card and then putting SD card into computer as it will automatically imprint the serial number onto the card....ok I’ll play along....no go nothing on the SD card at all. I go back to google and find the recommended SD cards for this model. So I go and buy another SD card which was specifically made for this camera, per GoPro site. I’m now out $50 on SD cards. Get the new SD card recommended by GoPro. Pop it in like they told me, take to my computer after recording some quick videos just to make sure the card will be imprinted with the serial number. Well guess what? Nothing is on the card at all. Says it is empty. Officially done trying. Went to GoPro website and paid only $50 more for a brand new GoPro that is the current series and it comes with a free SD card. Much better option as this camera never was able to work as an actual camera that records. So short of it, if you are buying this camera simply for looks and do not care about ever seeing what you record, don’t care if you can link to the GoPro app because you can’t get a serial number, then this is the camera for you! If you do want it to work, go elsewhere would be my recommendations!

This came in like it was new it came with a waterproof case i diddnt know that so i bout an offbrand one but it surely comes with a waterproof case. It has vey nice video quality i have a very nice $1000 Canon and its almost the same quality.

this is an amazing camera so far! i have had it for 3 days and no problems yet. it has amazing quality going up to 4k and has great sounds (if not in case). only problem about the packaging is that it did not come in the original box and had not stickers and did not come with the wifi remote... it would be cool if amazon gave me what i paid for but hey, working at amazon could be stressfull and they prob forgot it. that is the only reason i am giving it 4 stars because i paid for the wifi remote and stickers and original box but i did not get it. if i did this would me 5+ stars Edit: it had been about a month or so now and i am kinda disappointed. while i was doing research, it turns out Everything i got in the packaging was off brand except for the actual camera itself. The mounts, charger, case, and even the sticky pads. I know it said “some accessories may be off brand but will work perfectly” i thought “oh! Maybe its the charger or something. That sounds like a steal!” But NOPE! I did notget the original box, do wifi remote, no stickers, off brand mounts, case and charger. I know i am ranting about the accessories and you want to hear about the camera itself so i will talk about that. It is a perfect working camera, the front screen is dimmer than how it was when i first got it. Still records and takes picture. If i got what i paid for it would be a 1000/5 stars. But i have to lower the rating.
