I'm very pleased with this helmet. The adjustment dial tightens in the "headband" for a perfect and secure fit. The dial is also adjustable up and down in the back which allows for a pony tail and also brings the helmet down even more securely when moved lower on the back of the head. It's light weight and has very good ventilation. I also like the light on the back which I've used while riding while it's dusk out. The visor is connected with some clips and velcro and is easily removable so the helmet can be used for skateboard/rollerblade/scooter. The peripheral vision is very good also. My only preferrence would be if the headband was a little sturdier but I've used it quite a bit and it hasn't been an issue. The fit has remained secure and the dial and adjustments have held up perfectly.

This is the best bike helmet I have ever owned. It is a little large-global looking, think- The Great Gazoo Flintstones, but other than that, really stylish. I can get used to the size being a tad large round looking since it is for protection. Great material there. Very solid. It is way, way cooler than my Garneau X Lite Road Helmet. The wind circulation is top technology. When I first road and heard the wind, thought I was in a wind tunnel, but within minutes it adjusts to your head and perfection is had. Never heard the wind again. I sweat a lot less under this than the Garneau. The flashing light in the back is really great, nice finish, looks professional. This looks like a law enforcement officer helmet. Very official. It is not heavy and fits perfect. People wrote about adjusting the straps. That was a bit of a challenge at first since they are way out, way big, but it only took me a few minutes to look it over and fix it. Do not cut anything at old. No need. Just lay the helmet on its back. Make two triangles each side so they are positioned just below your comfort and adjust for your chin. Buy it! Highly recommend. I can't wait to ride again in it. I PROMISE you will not be disappointed.

This helmet is easily adjustable to fit different noggin sizes. A dial in the back tightens or loosens to fit the circumference of your dome. The straps on the side adjust to fit around your chin. I like the comfort and look of this helmet, and I like that I've seen ABUS products on a couple vlogs I watch on YouTube as well as at the Rad Power Bikes shop in Seattle -- that makes me feel like it must be a pretty decent brand. On the downside, it's not clear whether this helmet has the latest safety features like Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) or WaveCel. The listing doesn't tout those features and neither does the company's website, so I have to assume they're missing -- as they are from most helmets available. But because there are comparably priced helmets that clearly do have those technologies, I've got to take away one star from the review. Seems to be a pretty good helmet overall.

It's a light weight plastic and a very very hard foam and there is not much cushion. The tension band is also very hard it works well just not comfortable. 8 have worn it with a beany and it was ok. If you need a helmet it is a helmet

I ordered this for a daily commute to and from work and gym on an e-bike. I almost returned it at first until I figured out how to get it to fit properly due to adjusting the jaw/chin straps. Don’t give up and cut off the excess straps and singe the ends. The aesthetics of this helmet is real nice. So you’ll like the way it looks and feels with it on. You’ll also notice that this is a high quality made helmet that you can get at a bargain price of $40. My head feels protected. The rear safety light will give you an extra peace of mind feeling knowing you should be seen. Wish it were rechargeable but no biggie. Besides it being a little on the heavier (quality materials) side and not having MIPS (that would be ultimate), Don’t hesitate to get it if you’re on the fence about it as I was.
