I've been using a gopro for 3 years. The first is currently being processed for an exchange from gopro. I've heard it could take a month. Couldn't wait that long. I ordered this camera, which shipping was rescheduled 3 x's and was not expected for another week, and two attempts to cancel did not process. It arrived within hours of yet a 3rd camera ordered from Amazon, that was shipped over night ups. Didn't know that was an option. I charged both batteries. The first battery was dead within 14 hrs and had not been used. By the time I was done setting up the parameters and checking the camera and remote functions in the house, this was extremely hot. Thankfully Amazon is great to work with, providing you can understand the representative.
