I have purchased this tree twice. First time last November, I had to get rid of it because my daughter’s pet cats did quite a number on it. Even though the price went up this year, like everything else, I repurchased this same tree. However, this time when I received it, the plastic part that connects the top layer and second layer together was broken. Literally leaning to the side. Lol. Anywho, I’m in the process of returning. I really like this tree.....I love the size, I love the shape, and it is wide as tall so the proportion is very very good. However, the tree manufacturer sprayed this green stuff on it, I guess they were going for a sap look or something, but it flakes off very easily. I had to really clean this up because I have a small dog and not sure if it is harmful to him. I really like the tree but before actually putting it up I am going to have to take it into the garage and see if I can shake or remove as much of this "green stuff" before actually using the tree. But overall the fullness and such of this tree is very nice and I believe once full of ornaments and lights it will look much better.

Very nice full looking tree once the time has been taken to tweak the branches. Lights are on the yellow side of the color / warmth scale. The branches are covered with a fuzzy dusting material to give a bit of texture to the pine needles, so some of that has been removed with original setup and from the cat playing with it. The top branch where you install the angel or topper is not sturdy enough to support any real weight, so if you have a metal or heavy plastic topper, you'll have difficulty getting it to stay / be straight. This was the reason for the loss of one star. Christmas trees generally are a tradition that is built upon year after year, so not being able to easily reuse part of that tradition is an issue. Perhaps in the future they could have a solid spike or other support just at the top of the tree.

Pretty lit up, looks nice from outside at night, but not even close to realistic. It's good in a pinch which is why we got it.

This was my final product from last year's Christmas when I purchased the tree. Setting it up was very easy. The snow on it is kind of messy as expected. It came in good condition and it is also good material. Overall, I loved it and I will be using it again this year.

Over flocked! Not enough branches. Takes a LOT of time to adjust into an acceptable looking tree. Seriously, you are going to have a flocking mess if used indoors. I’m using mine outdoors so the mess of flocking, other than on me, wasn’t too much of a concern. I was on the fence about returning these ( purchased 2), but for the price and for where I’m using them, they are okay…just okay. I would NOT recommend these for displaying indoors, on carpet, or somewhere where the flocking will be a problem because it’s going to be everywhere. Seriously, they are flocked up!

I loved the color especially when the lights were on. Only bad thing is it has artificial snow on it and it falls off easily. When it gets on your clothes you’ll have a hard time picking it off. That happens when you’re putting it together. Maybe a lint roller can get it off. But I think the tree could have done without that because it’s a pain to clean all of it up when you’re finished. It’s pretty to look at though.
