I was looking for an affordable smaller thin pencil tree to fit in my office with LED lights. I came across this tree and decided to buy it. When I received it, the topper that fits into the middle section was broken on the end (plastic). I immediately called the seller, Costway, and to my surprise they had excellent customer service. The person I was dealing with told me to send an email with a picture and they would assess. The same day, she responded to me that they received my email and would get back to me within 2 business days. Again to my surprise, I was given updates as promised and in the end, since they did not have a topper in stock, they shipped me a whole new tree free of charge! The tree is simple looking and easy to assemble and fit perfectly in my office for Christmas. I was very impressed with their service which is something you don't get very often any more. Highly recommended if looking for something easy and simple looking and fits well in small places.

There are no instructions in the box but once you take out the three pieces it’s self explanatory. I took an hour to fluff this tree. It looks beautiful! ill add ornaments tomorrow. I live in NYC and our apartment is small so I fluffed it by my fridge. ill move it across the room by the window. I'm very pleased with the size and shape. all the lights work. Its exactly what is described on Amazon. Give it some love and it will be spectacular ! Money well spent. A three foot real real tree in NYC street is 120.00 this year.

I purchased this in September. I finally pulled it out to decorate it 3 months later. After I easily assembled it and started fluffing the branches to make it look decent. The top part of the tree looks as good as you can make it. The bottom half looks sparse and bare. I would be embarrassed to have that in my place. Charlie Brown's tree looked better. Since I can't return it, I am going to throw it away and take the hit in my wallet for $50.00. I won't order again. Very very disappointed in the tree and myself for buying it. Update I decided to take the lights off the tree before I tossed it put to use on another tree. To my amazement both light strings were the same one with no plug.

This tree is very easy to assemble and the lights are beautiful - very bright and colorful. However, I ordered a 7.5 foot tree and this is at most 7 feet. Also, the branches do not spread out as much as it looks like they do in the picture to make the tree look more "full". It is perfect for a small space due to its pencil design. All in all it's a great Christmas tree, just slightly different than what I was expecting.

Replaced a similar tree that was about 15 years old to decorate a small corner table in my office. This tree was reasonably priced, just as easy to assemble and disassemble, but higher quality and better looking (the branches could support small ornaments, lights were more evenly distributed, and there were no "needles" dropping off as there were with the previous fake tree). Very happy with this purchase.
