Not in original packaging nor did it come with original charger/cable but its in flawless condition. Was able to get a new OS flashed in under 5 minuets of playing with settings - works great! Battery life is a little 'meh' but thats normal for these phones from what im seeing online. The Pixel 10 Pro I received was locked on Verizon for esims. Seller told me it should work with an physical sim. Haven't tested that yet but I will shortly. I think that might be very well correct because an AT&T sim card was installed in the sim slot when I received it. Don't think the phone had been fully renewed, inspected etc, since there was that AT&T sim card installed when received but I was able to remove the expired AT&T sim card with out an issue. The Pixel 9 Pro I received looked amazing! I would say it was in "Excellent" condition like I ordered, no visible scratches, damage or dings etc. Absolutely clean with a charger and a USB C cord, not the original ,i don't think. The battery had 128 charges and from what I understand it should be able to do 1000 charges. However the phone was unusable for me, since I only had an e-sim. Using the menu: Settings -> Network -> SIMs -> Add SIM, etc. It displayed a contact Verizon screen. See the screen shot attached. I contacted Prime Cellulations and they got back to me within 1/2 a day and assured me it was indeed unlocked. Solution is to add the esim using a QR code using Google Lens not through the menu. Scan the QR Code provided by the carrier and then while scanning select the button circled in red shown in the attached image in the upper right corner. (See attached 2nd screenshot) It immediately installed with out an issue by passing the Verizon block through the menu. I don't think this is the fault of Prime Celluations but rather an issue or bug with the Google \ Verizon collaboration. I received a Google Pixel 9 Pro that is locked by Google Zero-Touch Enrollment. This means the device is managed by an organization and is not a retail/unlocked unit. Selling a device under corporate management as 'Factory Unlocked' is not only a violation of Amazon Renewed policies but is also legally prohibited, as the device remains under the administrative control of a third-party organization. This is a major security and privacy risk. The seller admitted the issue in private messages but refuses to cover the international return costs. The hardware works fine, although the camera is quite disappointing compared to similar offerings from OnePlus and Xiaomi. That said, I got this to install GrapheneOS so I could finally break away from all the AI crap being shoveled into Android, and for that it works perfectly.
